I purchased this product because I was tired of all the time I spent sweeping and mopping my tile floor. I have two cats, and a dog, so I was having to clean every day just to keep the fur at bay. With this product, I can use it every day, and it only takes me maybe 15 minutes. I love the design. The engineers made a product that is easy to put together, and clean. I can clean my brush and machine in no time. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this in June. I have used it a total of 4 times on two small area rugs. Today, it runs for a few seconds then stops, I unplug it, plug it back in, it runs for a few seconds more. I have cleaned out the refuse tank, taken apart and put it back together.

I rescued cats and ended up with 16. I normally had 2 -3. My floor was always filthy. Cat hair, vomit, dirt. I had to prep it before vacuuming and then washing. I had Hoover vacuum and floor scrubber. The scrubber would leave hair and take a while to dry. I have spotless floors that dry in minutes now. It is so fast and easy I will probably use it everyday as needed.

I bought 2 in the past year in a half. Yes they were remanufactured but the both died. First one lasted 1 year, 2cnd one purchased at end of may, it quit working 2 weeks ago... they both just quit working like they aren't plugged in. Found the receipt only to find out only have 90 days....I sadly thought it would have been at least a year. I absolutely loved them, I still bought a second one even though first one died... & had my sister buy one too. I desperately want another but I'm leery to even buy a brand new one with the history I've had..

Used for the first time yesterday on our new wood flooring. It cleaned beautiful, however I did use Bona wood floor cleaner full strength instead if what came with the unit. I bought this to use also on my kitchen, entry way tiles which never seem clean. Wetmoping gets so much up but leaves a residue behind. I will use the cleaner that I buy at the tile store. I think the cleaning solutions make the difference in the scheme of things. Always clean unit out each time. Highly recommend the Crosswave.

I LOVE this product. I have back problems which prevents me from cleaning the floors on my hands and knees. I've tried other products but they never totally cleaned floors the way I wanted. The Crosswave vacuums and washes floor without leaving streaks after floor dries. I agree with the other people that the Crosswave doesn't seem to pickup around the edges (baseboards) but I can overlook and sweep around edges before using the cleaner. Overall I give this Five Stars.

I generally don't do reviews, however I feel I need to on this product. I have several Bissel products and am satisfied with all of them. I used to have a flip it floor cleaner and loved it so when it was discontinued I waited for its replacement. The crosswave. It arrived, promptly, box and product in perfect condition. After inviting and assembling, and reading full instructions I was ready for a test. Other than operator error, I was impressed with design and sturdiness of the unit. As of now I believe this product was well worth the money. I have hard surface floors and dogs and I am in and out dragging in dirt all day. Hair doesn't tangle in the roller and the brush cleaner is great.i will write another review in a few months.

Used on an artificial dark brown hard wood floor. We tried several other methods and this worked very well using the correct roller and cleaner. Used on stained white shag carpet. Worked very well again with the correct roller and cleaner. The stains were very well set. Worked the roller around, back and back forth on the stains and it all worked. I have to say I was very skeptical of its potential but now I'm very sure of its abilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this floor cleaner about 4 months ago and it worked OK the first few times. Then all of a sudden, the motor that turns the brush spits and sputters. Then just quit...very disappointed Bissell. Since it was shot, I took it apart and found that the brush motor was eating away at the housing unit. There was even plastic shavings in the dang motor unit. Waste of money and now going to a landfill.

My first vacuum with the machine I pulled more dirt then I ever could ever imagine. I washed my floors with the machine pulling more dirt each time. I was amazed as to how dirty the floor an rugs in my home really was. I am so glad I purchased the machine,i am one happy customer.
