I used this daily to clean my floors and absolutely loved this after about nine months my spin brush stopped working and the machine powered itself off I followed all troubleshooting steps my husband who is a electrical contractor opened it up and found the internal part that was damaged we contacted bissel and waited on hold for over 2 hrs and they said they do not carry the part we took it to a vacuum repair shop and they said they can not get the part In . So now after 9 months the machine is useless.

I first used this machine to vacuum tile floors (without sweeping first), and it did a great job. Then I washed the tile floor-just push a button! The floor was almost dry with a few more vacuum swipes. Clean up of the machine was very easy. I then used it to vacuum the carpet in the bedroom. I have not used it yet to wash the carpet-that's next. I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! I see other machines that do less for a lot more money!

I never write reviews even if the product is worthy, unless I am prompted to do so. But I'm writing this one because this Bissell is outstanding, marvelous and a game changer. I have electric machines to use for my chorus: a sweeper, vacuum, shampooer, and a mop of sorts. I have 6 dust pans, three brooms and three mops which I'm getting rid of immediately. I will keep one broom, mop and dust pan for quick pickups. It would take me 3 days to manually do the floors due to 5 back surgeries. The mostly recent on December 2, 2016, undergoing corrective surgery from C6-S2 due to 4 failed ones. Every time I did the floors I thought it went well enough not realizing minute particles not visible to the naked eye were being left behind. I did the whole house in 3 hours, with small breaks, maybe 5 minutes, no more than that; I was enjoying the sadistic act. I was astound with the first reservoir contents. The water was dark and it had the smallest particles and hair collections; mine and my Jack Russell's. I was totally amazed at each water disposal. I thought I would have to run something along the edges because of the front cover but the suction on this machine picked it up. I love my Bissell, there is nothing better that I have bought that can beat it. I only have my throw rugs to do and will update this review to let you know how it went, I don't doubt it will be phenomenal. Now if I could find a very small Bissell to do all the glass tables and such; I would be in hog heaven to find one. Believe me I don't rave about cleaning floors or rugs but this Bissell deserves the rave and much more.

I absolutely love it! The only draw back is i wish i would have waited and bought the pet pro cross wave because now i have a dog after i ordered the first cross wave! Now i orderd the little green portable carpet and upolistrey cleaner cant wait too see how that works!

I finally did it, I tried out my new Bissell Crosswave floor cleaner yesterday and I gotta say I really like it. So I have to tell you about it. I just did the downstairs linoleum floors and the throw rugs in the shop, because they have been there and taking a beating for over 20+ years. Good test. In the shop, there were ground in grease spots that were minimized, but not completely removed, which is more than I expected. I suspect they will be gone in subsequent cleanings. I wanted to get accustomed to what the Crosswave does and how best to operate it before using it on the new upstairs floors, especially the fussy Marmoleum in the kitchen/family room areas. I anticipate great results on those new floors. The Crosswave is definitely a keeper. In a review, someone complained about having to clean it. I didn't find it difficult at all, because I did it right after finishing and everything was still wet. It comes apart quite easily without the need of tools or cussing. Although it is made almost entirely of plastic - what isn't? - it is quite stout and well designed. I did not spot and weak areas that might fail. If you have a lot of hard floor area, I highly recommend the Crosswave to keep them clean without you having to raise a sweat.

I use this thing 3 times a week. Its easy to use, cleans great with the solution or with just plain hot water. Washes and dries quickly. A little time to clean up but i feel like that forces you to maintain the equiptment and proper cleaning and maintenance keeps it running tip top longer. Highly recommend this product.

Bought this for myself for Christmas. The ONLY drawback it has it that it does not get close enough to baseboards. There is about two inches it does not reach. While this requires manual mopping of the baseboards from time to time, it is still a great vacuum. You're not putting dirty water back on your floors from a bucket. I have four little dogs. It vacuums up hair and cleans at the same time Love it!

I've owned a couple of steam mops and multi-surface cleaners and this is the best hands down. Compact head fits under low items and the head also swivels on a dime. Dispenses just the right amount of water so it dry's quickly. easily comes apart for cleaning, I can't think of a bad thing to say about the Crosswave

I love my Crosswave it makes clean up alot faster than doing a 2 step process. Easy to use and to maintain. Only Con I have with the machine its not the best on set in spills and stains such as dried up jelly on the kitchen floor and/or a dried up juice spill. I have to hover over the area for a second or two sometimes three to get it up and I have to use more solution. Great for quick spills and quick clean up.

I purchased so it can make things easier for myself when I vacuum and mop, this machine was a waste of my hard earned money. I wish I would of returned after 1st time using it. To much to clean after just one use. I would not recommend at all.
