I love this machine!!!! I'm on Disability, so it is hard for me to Sweep or Vacuum my floors and then go back to mop the floor. This helps me SO MUCH!!! I just wish it was able to get closer to the edges. I turn the machine so that the front goes up against the wall, it at least gets closer to the edges then the sides of the machine do. I also think that it needs something to clean the hose area from where the head is to where the water goes into the tank. if that makes sense.

This is a great vacuum and a floor (hard and carpet) cleaner in a easy use method. I have used mops for many years and it's no fun and messy. This CrossWave machine cleans with ease. I don't regret buying at all. Highly recommend. I don't mind using it every day it's that easy and works great. Thanks again Bissell, love this product. Bama

I purchased this product because I was tired of all the time I spent sweeping and mopping my tile floor. I have two cats, and a dog, so I was having to clean every day just to keep the fur at bay. With this product, I can use it every day, and it only takes me maybe 15 minutes. I love the design. The engineers made a product that is easy to put together, and clean. I can clean my brush and machine in no time. I highly recommend this product.

I have several dogs and we use it constantly to clean up after them. Many are seniors, so they don't hold it so well. I absolutely love the Crosswave, but they are not well built and do not last long enough to pay for themselves. Thankfully I have 2 year warranties. I started buying them around October of 2017 and am now sending my 3rd one in for repair or replacement, Pretty expensive for a disposable product. Really disappointing.

Loved this product when it was working, but I have bought 2 in the last 4 years and they only seem to last 2 years before they stop working. Used weekly to sweep and mop my bamboo and waterproof vinyl flooring. The motor froze up on both. They are too expensive to be replacing every 2 years. Now looking for a better product and better brand.

I have owned every mop in the world and have disliked them all! The Crosswave has made life a lot better! My floors which looked clean...well, they were NASTY but I didn't know it until I used my Crosswave! My friends are borrowing it and buying it for themselves. I really should start selling them myself!

I purchased the crosswave for my large, hardwood kitchen floor. The first time I used it, the dirt it took off my floors was amazing- or disgusting:). I had no idea my floor was that dirty! Then, I cleaned my bathroom floor, same result. These are floors I clean weekly - on my hands and knees. I will never do that again. I will be cleaning all the floors with the crosswave! This is, by far, the best floor cleaner I have owned. I would highly recommend it.

As other users have stated, the dirty water reservoir tank does not hold much, making for frequent stops to empty. The roller needs to be wider as the amount of time it takes to clean is much longer than just mopping. The clean is awesome. I find myself using the "rug" mode to get tile floor cleaner, stubborn dog saliva, I guess. I also noticed the cleaning fluid does not dispense across the entire roller as demonstrated . It is a good product and always amazing how much cleaner my floors look.

I used it on my hard wood, tile and carpeted floors. It both vacuumed and cleaned the areas. My only request is that it cleaned corners and edges. I have base boards in all my rooms and the design of the product prevents the mop from cleaning around the edges of the floor. I had use my reliable sponge mop after using the cross wave to go back and clean. But I am still using it and would recommend this product to others.

So since everyone in my house has been having fun with their toys I felt it was only fair I bought myself suck a cool toy as this LOUD machine! I thought toys were fun,exciting and make you happy... I shoulda just got a new laptop like my husband said I deserved. Am I the only one who thinks this medioker machine more than a pain in the butt,and a bigger migraine? I cant use it long enough before my ears are ringing!
