Love this thing! My house is 2,200 sq ft and it's all hard floors. I was using a regular sweeper first then going back and using a swifter wet jet to mop. Took me 3+ hours to sweep and mop the whole house. Now it takes me about an hour and the floors are so clean!!I live in the woods and have red clay mud so floors get really muddy. You don't have to use any elbow grease with this thing if you've got something "stuck-on" just hold the Crosswave over it for a few seconds and poof! Gone, no more scrubbing by hand. Best Christmas present ever! Would highly recommend.

Wasn't sure how this was going to work or handle but after using it I am impressed. I did an area carpet in my laundry room and couldn't believe how dirty it was. Worked great on my kitchen floor next is my laminate floor. My husband was even impressed and that sometimes is hard to do on new things.

I hate that I have about a one inch border along walls and cabinets that doesn't get clean because the machine doesn't reach. I have to break out my mop and clean along the edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a rug in my cat room that I needed to clean and went from a carpeted place to hard floors so I was worried about cat litter, hair etc. but this thing works just as good as my Bissell Pet Pro I had for my regular carpet. I saw reviews that this was not very good on throw rugs but so far I'm impressed! That cat rug was gross but it's nice and clean now.

I have all hard wood floors. It left my floors dull and streaked while using the hard wood floor solution. Very hard to clean the roll and the bottom of the vac. Had to clean the wet dry vac 3 or 4 times while cleaning my floors. I put it in the closet and never use it because it is more hassle then I want to deal with. I so hoped it would work.

I have a 1900 sf basement that has glued down carpet, vinyl flooring and throw rugs. This machine is the answer. It got the dirt out of cracks, vacuums well on the edges and cleaned the rugs beautifully with so little liquid! Well done. THANK YOU!!!!

I love the vacuum and the job it does, but it is not durable.. The first one was replaced by the warranty due to power shutting off after 5 seconds.. The second one is in the shop now for the same reason which is caused by the roller not turning. I love the product but it only lasts a few months at a time.. the other downfall is that it does not clean close to baseboards so you have to use another mop to clean that area. I will say Bissell is great to work with and honors their guarantees.

I've sucked up so much with this thing as I have two young toddlers. From a full bowel of cereal to spaghetti to broken eggs and the biggest mess I was faced with today. A half bottle of dawn dish soap that my kids got a hold of and smeared all over the floor. I was hesitant to use the crosswave as I didn't know if all that soap would damage the machine so I was trying to mop it and use towels. It was just smearing it. I called bissell customer service to ask if it was safe to use with that amount of dish soap and she assured me it was. After 3 passes and rinsing the brush out twice, my kitchen floor is soap free. I would've spent all day cleaning that up if I continued to just use a mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I received this as a Christmas gift from my mom and dad, we used it the day we got it and it cleaned our kitchen floor better that the old fashioned hands and knees scrubbing like we are used to doing, my husband had just cleaned our floors but with 3 dogs they get messy fast. we picked up more dog hair and dirt, which surprised us how much was on the floor due to they looked clean.

I have six small dog's and two cat's this is one awesome mop and vacuum I have hardwood floor's all through my home and it us to take me a good 2 hours to do my floor's had to drag out the floor vacuum and dust mop and the mop and water but now it only take's me 45 min to clean my floors with just one machine and what a awesome cleaning job it does of course you do have to clean the Crosswave after you use it but it is an easy cleanup I am very happy I got it.
