I had been using a vacuum and the Bona vibrating mop and hardwood floor cleaner for years. I was totally amazed (and shocked, I might add) when I saw how dirty the water tank was after my first use of the Crosswave. I surmise that the dirt came from the spaces between the hardwood planks. The floor looks so much better.

This is the best Christmas present I have reseaved this year! I have tried so many different products to make cleaning easier. The bissell CrossWave does that! With 3 kids 1 dog and 2 cats my floors take a lot of abuse. Also this poor momma had to sweep everyday and mops at least every other day having this truly has made my cleaning job so much easier! I love love love it!

I have a condition that keeps my energy level very low, the last time I mopped my floors between the mopping and changing the water I thought I would die. I got my Crosswave today and I truly wasn't expecting great things but I was wrong! My floors are so clean and those little pieces of dirt you see after you sweep and hand mop? Not there! It vacuums them up as it cleans! Best thing ever Bissell thank you!

We just bought this for our new to us motor home and we have wood floors mostly with carpet in the bedroom this little machine did a great job cleaning all the floors and is small enough to get around the bed just what I needed to keep it nice and clean

I have tile and laminate floors and I have never found a machine that makes them look and feel so clean. I loved the first day I tried it so much, I gave up a day at the beach to do the rest of the house! I have had steam machines and all they do is push the dog and cat fur into the basevoards. With the vacuum aspect of the Crosswave, all is spotless.

What a WASTE of money! This will do 'Man clean', ie the middle of the floor. But NO corners or edges. And to add to that won't fit between the toilet and the wall beside it. So here I am, on my hands and knees. The mop is less trouble. As my title says, the developers should be fired. And whoever tested it and ok'd it.

Truthfully, I would rate this at a 9 out of 10. Alot of the "cons" I read doesn't apply to mine. My floors dry fairly quickly (better then a mop), I have no problem with cleaning the machine, (not any worse then cleaning your mop and bucket) and the speed of cleaning it provides and the save to my muscles is great. My floors are alot cleaner and you can tell by what is in the recovery tank that it's doing it's job. The cons I found were the corners don't come exactly clean. The edges I mostly solved by running the cleaner straight at it instead of along it. It does need side brushes if you want perfection but I started "swifering 360" along the baseboards before I start and it does the trick, the corners sill need touching up but otherwise fine.. The other is the liquid cleaner, Since you can not use bleach or vinegar in it, I don't feel it disinfects the floor as I would wish. I have up to 9 dogs on my floors sometimes , (4 are my own) and I wish there was a disinfecting cleaner to use on tile/vinyl. It would make me feel better to know a disinfectant was used. I'm 69 years old and it has saved my hands and knees I don't think I have ever bought a "cleaner" ( and I have purchased alot of them) that did a 100% job of cleaning.

This the best machine that I have ever used for my home. Over the years I have tried many even the Bissell floor mops with the different heads used for cleaning. Finally got to use this new one this morning and am very pleased with the results - everything is nice and clean and it was a simple matter to clean the machine after I was done. I would recommend this machine to all who enjoy a sparkling house.

This works better than I expected. Left my hardwoods clean and shiny. I am so happy not to have to vacuum first and then mop. I never liked how much dirt mopping seems to leave behind despite wringing the mop out constantly. Now this takes all the grunt work out of it and the results are so good it makes it kind of fun. I have a fairly large house with little carpeting and this is saving hours a week off my routine. Can't wait to try on my tile and to spot clean my carpet! Glad I finally bought this.

For the most part this works as advertised. The two drawbacks are that it doesn't clean up close to the baseboards so you still have to get a mop and clean the floor around the baseboards, also I have to stop and empty the dirty tank twice just to clean my kitchen - however I do have a large kitchen. My favorite thing is finally mopping my floors with no streaks. I also feel this is a bit pricey.
