I use the Cross Wave for my kitchen floors. I love how I save time vacuuming and cleaning at the same time. I love that the Cross Wave is so easy to use and that everything comes apart to clean. I am totally in love with this machine and would you believe that I actually look forward to cleaning my kitchen floors?

I have used another brand floor cleaner for the past ten years or more--in fact I have been through three. Have also tried steamer. Debated whether to spend the money on the Crosswave, but am I glad I did. What a difference it has made on my tile and grout. Everything smells so clean and looks so much brighter.

I used the Crosswave in my kitchen (hardwood) after the cleaners mopped it. The water was black. Not having to sweep or vacuum first saves time. The Crosswave picks up cat dog and human hair easily and my floors look great. Store it with all removable parts off to let it dry between uses and there will be no moldy odors.

I bought this hoping to get rid of the three step process it took to clean my hard wood floors. SUCCESSES!!!!! I can pull this out and get a vacuumed mopped floor all at once. I have a big dog and this makes cleaning my floors a joy. The cleaning solution does not leave a residue and it is not to strong of a perfume smell, just nice and clean. It does not leave streaks or the floor to wet. Dries just as quick as a steam mop if not faster. This cleans better than my steam/vac. Which does not always get the dog slobbers (what I call industrial dog drool). If I have one (not really) complaint, it is the cord. It is located low down which makes it easy to reach farther and it is a long cord, but I am always tripping on it. Glad I made this purchase. Also, it comes husband approved. He can be very critical about things.

With a mop had to wait for each area of tile to dry before moving on to next section. My dogs would track the wet floors.I have Copd,moppingmade it hard to breath. Machine is light weight and swivel really makes it easy to use. Only problem is around toilets and toe kicks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago, after using it several times on my laminate floor. I noticed every time I use it the roller is never wet??? It squirts water out and vacuums it up, but shouldn't the roller be wet after cleaning the whole floor??? My brush is NEVER wet????? What is the purpose of the roller brush if it doesn't get wet???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after rescuing a puppy. It doesn't seem to suck up much liquid. I used about half the solution tank and only sucked up about a teaspoon worth into dirty tank. I'm never sure if it actually cleans the carpet or just makes it wet. It clogs up easily as well. I have only tried it on carpet so far. I think I should've went with a regular shampooer.

I used this for the first time yesterday and was amazed. I have two dogs, two cats and three kids (all boys). I thought I was doing a fairly good job keeping up with my floors...I was very wrong. This thing is awesome. I don't even have words that accurately describe how good of a job it does. Yes, it is pricey but it really is worth it. I'm never going back to pushing around dirty water with a mop again.

If you are questioning whether to get this product, don't hesitate! It is an awesome product and worth the money. I bought one for my daughter who has 2 big dogs and all tiled floors and she loved it, sent me pics of what the machine picked up. WOW... I bought one for me and LOVE it! I use to wash my floors by hand. The only thing is...it cant get into smaller areas, example.. beside and behind the toilet and it will pick up any residue along edges but does not clean close to the edges. Maybe they will come up for an attachment for it down the road. also, it does clean the carpets, its not a deep cleaner for carpets, but still does a great job. Don't let this deter you from buying this product. Its awesome and you will be happy with it.

This is one of the worst products I've ever bought!! I have a fairly large house with all hardwood and tile floors. I wanted something to make my life a little easier. This is not the product to do that. It leaks streaks all over my hardwood and leaks dirty water EVERYWHERE!! Even if I don't come close to the mop button I still have streaks of dirty water all over and when I turn it off there is almost always a small puddle of brown water. I've only had my crosswave for about 6 months but I can tell you this will be the last time I buy Bissell every again.
