I love the convenience of vacuuming & mopping at the same time. I also love how quickly & thoroughly it picks the dirty water up & the LONG run time before having to resupply it with cleaning fluids & emptying the catch basin. It left our floors looking better/cleaner than ever & when finished, cleaning up the unit was much easier that any other brand units we've owned! However, for this almost 64 yr old woman, it was VERY HEAVY to use. Pulling it back and forth to clean our kitchen and two bathrooms left me with a strained, painful bladder for days! So, quite disappointedly, I just won't be using it as often as I'd hoped when I purchased it. Was also disappointed that after I got it home and unboxed it, I found out mine was NOT the cordless model. BIG bummer!

We purchased this mainly for tile floors and it is perfect for that application. My wife was using a Swifter wet mop on the floors prior to the Crosswave and in my opinion you are just spreading the dirt around once the pad starts to get dirty. I saw the Crosswave on a television add and convinced her to let me order one. I used the Crosswave on the floor that she had just done with the swifter and neither of us could believe how dirty the water was in the Crosswave's tank. We live in a Florida community and most houses here have tile floors. After showing neighbors the Crosswave, several others have ordered one. It is now my job to do the tile floors, but I don't mind at all as it's kind of fun to use the machine.

Very easy to use and cleans very well! Great for monthly/weekly/every day, if necessary cleaning. Very easy to thoroughly clean out after each use. Really out cleans other brand that stopped working (engine failure) after 1 year. Myself and cleaning lady definitely recommend! Love it so far.

I was uncertain at time of purchase about the effectiveness of the Crosswave. After using it for 5 months on wood floors I give it two thumbs up! We made the mistake of installing wood laminate floors, which are very susceptible to moisture distortion at the seams, in our all season room. Previously we cleaned them with a damp mop followed by a microfiber pad to dry it. We couldn't get a damp mop to be effective yet dry enough to protect the laminate floor from distortion. The Crosswave does the job without needing to follow up with the microfiber pad. Yay! It saves me time and effort! Cleaning the Crosswave takes some time to do it well especially in our home. We have dogs. The Crosswave picks up the dog hair well but getting it out of the dirty water tank and the tube that carries it to the tank takes time. However, I believe the time is well spent to prolong the usefulness of my Crosswave. I am very happy with the Crosswave. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the issue with edges and corners. We have no carpeting on which to test the Crosswave.

The CrossWave is the answer to most of my floor cleaning problems. It won't fit behind the toilet though. I only wish a second Clean Tank Assembly came with it so that I could easily switch from hardwood solution to rug cleaner solution. I know there is a special offer to get the hardwood cleaning brush if ordered from Bissell.com, but I was in a hurry to try the CrossWave and did not want to wait for shipping. I have a LARGE dog and a 4 grandchildren, two of whom are just beginning to walk. The CrossWave is awesome for keeping the floors clean for them. I just think that for the price, the extra clean tank assembly and brushes should be included. Bissell, is it too late? Wanna make a tired Grandma happy? And how about a special sink strainer for the dirty water tank?

I was using a mop before my purchase. So much quicker, easier and I know all the dirty water leaves the floor. Now I can wash my small rugs along with the floor. To me this is such a winner. I broke my hip and moving isn't easy. Lifting isn't easy. But I love this machine so easy to use and clean after

This is THE BEST for tile floors! I have a bad back and just can't get down on the floor to do a thorough cleaning. I've tried all different mops and steamers and was never satisfied. The floor was never clean enough. This scrubs the floor like a pro! Easy to use and easy to clean up. My floors are spotless and my back doesn't feel any worse than it did before I started! Run out a get this!

The Crosswave is simple to use and store. We have a lot of hard surface floors from laminate , tile, and floating vinyl as well as area rugs . The Crosswave system moves from one to the other flawlessly with just a quick change of the roller brush when needed. We have been looking for something to clean our hard surface floors and are very happy with our choice of the crosswave system.

I am VERY pleased with the performance of this cleaner. I have many health problems and arthritis. I can no longer scrub floors on my hands and knees and have been distressed over my floors not being cleaned well. The cleaning service I was trying to use didn't clean the floors this well. I found the unit a little heavier than expected but nothing to deter me from recommending this product to family and friends. The edge cleaning is not as close as if I were scrubbing on hands and knees but very close and acceptable. If an area has a tough dirty spot, just spray and run at the carpet setting. It will get that stuff up! I wish this was around several years ago!

I must admit, I've been using a steam style floor cleaner for over a decade. It did a good job, but I had to do all the scrubbing. That's what brought me to try out this product. I wish the cleaner could get closer to the baseboards, and I don't like the film your product leaves on my wood floor. After it dries, the floor has a haze to it, and upon walking on it, footprints are, and remain, visible. This I do not like. Instead of taking it back to the store, I decided to try water/vinegar instead of your cleaning product, and I liked the results enough to keep the machine.
