I purchased the Crosswave when Bissell did the advertisement on how easy it was. I purchased the first model. I am thrilled with my Crosswave. It's easy to use, clean and store. I have rescue dogs❤️ and grandsons ❤️. Between the two, we have accidents. There is no having to vacuum, then sweep, then get the mop water and mop out. This does it all!! I have purchased extra brushes and filters to keep it great working order. The cleaning solution for the Crosswave is fantastic. No streaks on my floors, and when I am finished, my home smells amazing. I feel like an ambassador for Bissell. I am always happy to have Family members and Friends give it a try. They've gone out and purchased their own. I get such positive feedback If you're thinking about purchasing the Crosswave, YES!! You won't be disappointed.

Got it Saturday and used it on time floors and an area rug. Was a bit sceptical but it worked very well. Floors came out beautiful with no streaks and dried fast. Will come back and update after a couple of weeks but if it continues to work this well I will be thrilled

This has saved me so much time and my house is the cleanest it has ever been. So easy to use and to clean!! I hope whoever in your company invented a way to sweep and mop and the same time got a HUGE bonus...because they deserve one. I have recommended this product to everyone I can think of....and people are listening...they go out, buy it and ALSO agree it's AMAZING!

Thank you for this miracle machine! We were finishing a new house build and our drywaller went MIA. Due to timing and such, our hardwood floors and tile still had to be installed (I know, first world problems during a pandemic. Ha!) If you've ever had drywall work done, you know it's a dusty and dirty job. Though floors were covered, it's just was not enough. After new drywallers finished, I had a professional floor cleaning company attempt to clean the floors. He said we would be fighting the film on the floors for awhile because drywall is tough to remove. Well, desperate, I did research and asked friends who already had the Crosswave. I quickly ordered one, said a prayer, and got to work. It was a dang miracle!!! After two cycles, the floors looked and felt amazing!! Even the other contractors were shocked. It truly saved are floors, our time, our money. Our physical health is safer as we don't have to breath in the dust. My personal mental health has improved as I feel better allowing our kids to play on the floor and not battle constant drywall dust. Though the edges have to be done by hand (which is totally understandable and not a big deal), we are truly thankful! It's my new favorite toy that is so easy to use and clean. I use it multiple times a week (especially after the contractors have been in and out all day). Cannot thank you enough for this product!

I have used a steam mop for years and thought my floors were clean. Last weekend I swept my floor then used my steam mop then I used my crosswave I was amazed by all the debris that I got off my floor. I will never steam mop again. If you want your floors clean you need to buy a crosswave.

This has to be one of the best products that I have ever bought! It cleans anything and everything! My house is primarily hardwood and some ceramic and area rugs. It cleans ALL of it and WELL, plus it's SUPER easy to use, clean, etc. My 14 year old son absolutely LOVES IT (cleaning the floors are part of his chores) he said 3 times how much he loved it and that I should rate it 5 stars! You heard it from a 14 year old boy!

I like the wet/dry feature. Very handy in that I don't have to switch machines. Operating the buttons on the handle was confusing and awkward at first- had to pay attention to press " hard wood" to vacuum then to release to use wet to mop. The heating element does not seem to get as hot as necessary to release some stains. Having to go over the area more than once. I would like to see a separate collecting compartments for the dirt and one for the liquid as clean ups are messy and takes a bit of time (dog hair and dirt and water). I like the drying mechanism for the roller sponge, though, this is handy. On the design for the storage of the rollers & brushes, there should be three holes instead of two ( for extras ordered). The liquid container compartment is a good size and the extension cord is a good length. Takes a bit of practice to get use to it. But all in all, I like it.

My husband has a hardwood flooring business so I am extra aware of cleaners for the floor. My previous 2-step process was getting old and I was finding that even with regular washing of the pad, I could wipe the floor with a paper towel afterwards and it was still dirty! Received this 2 days ago, used it last night on my area rugs and I was instantly sold. I figured even if I could just use it to clean the rugs, which previously couldn't be cleaned, it'd be worth it. Made them look fresh and I was disgusted at the water! This morning I did the big test and did the sheet vinyl in our gameroom and hardwood floors on the main level...amazing. As mentioned in previous reviews, to get along baseboards, you have to go head on to clean right up against it. But I did the paper towel test after, and it was still white! That in itself shows how good this machine is. Easy to clean, however, I will order another clean water tank so that I can interchange the solutions without dumping out (and wasting) whatever isn't used for the various surfaces. Floors dry very fast too! Oh, and I have 3 large, heavily shedding dogs, and this is a godsend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large house with lots of flooring and water hog entry mats. I also own a restaurant. This unit has been amazing and helps me keep my areas clean easily and effectively! I have the cordless unit at my house, and that's what I recommend. The cord is a drag. I have the corded units at the restaurant, one upstairs and one downstairs in the kitchen. A mop just does not cut it. The amount of dirt this thing picks up after mopping is a testament to its effectiveness. Also, the crosswave cleans the water hog type doormats way more effectively than my Dyson.

Emptying the waste water and cleaning the tank took longer than it took to do the floors. What a mess! Lots of little corners and seams to clean. Yuck! I don't know if I'd recommend it to a friend for that reason.
