I just used for the first time. It meets or exceeds my expectations in all areas. I have a large, rough surface laminate and this cleaned it perfectly. Vacuum while cleaning is a total plus! And the machine stands by itself unlike many of it's type. Cleanup of the machine was not difficult and it stores easily on the enclosed tray.

I love this Bissell so much the only problem I have I don't know if mine has something wrong with it or what but it don't want to spray everytime I push the button I might have to take it back and get another but other then that I absolutely love it thank you so much Bissell for this mother of to with high traffic in my home it helps so very much.

I have had it for more than a year yet bought a different vacuum months ago. Overall very disappointed with many aspects of the product unfortunately because I really did want to like it!

I just tried my new CrossWave for the first time today. I had recently swept and mopped my tile kitchen floor. I decided to just go over it and see how it worked. I was stunned at the dirty water!! My floors look amazing. I can't wait to use it on my dining room and hallway floors also. I texted my sister and told her to get one as soon as possible. She will love it as much as I do. So easy to put together and easy to clean out when done. Thank you Bissell.

I have both the 1940 steamer and then went back and bought the CrossWave. I am not normally impressed but you have won me over on these products. The only thing I would like to see changed is an adapter and a pad for the steamer than you sit it on rather than have to fit the pad around the bottom of the machine,,, both these products are stellar, the pad is my only gripe! I wish so much that I had bought a bissell vacuum last time. Can't wait for a chance to win one sometime since hubbie is going to throw a fit if I buy another vacuum HA... thanks for 2 great products!

I've sucked up so much with this thing as I have two young toddlers. From a full bowel of cereal to spaghetti to broken eggs and the biggest mess I was faced with today. A half bottle of dawn dish soap that my kids got a hold of and smeared all over the floor. I was hesitant to use the crosswave as I didn't know if all that soap would damage the machine so I was trying to mop it and use towels. It was just smearing it. I called bissell customer service to ask if it was safe to use with that amount of dish soap and she assured me it was. After 3 passes and rinsing the brush out twice, my kitchen floor is soap free. I would've spent all day cleaning that up if I continued to just use a mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had new luxury vinyl planks laid throughout our house. Was looking for something that would vacuum and mop and this product works great. We went with a dark floor and this will really help keep it looking fresh and clean. Love it!

I give this product 4 stars only because to re-purchase the cleaning formula is expensive. This machine has replaced my broom, floor swifter and mop. I love how you can just whip this out and do a dual deep cleaning. Very lightweight with a easy break down and cleaning process. I was skeptical of its claims especially with its price tag. But when I got it I immediately put it to test in the kitchen and on my hardwood and it didn't disappoint. I just wish the cleaning formula wasn't so expensive for the amount you have to use with the cleanings.

I bought this about a month ago and I have used it four times so far. It's great, cause unlike a regular vacuum it picks up everything on tile/wood flooring. I am able to vacuum and clean the floor all at once, which is great cause I don't have carpet on my 1st floor.

I really want to like this cleaner but after having it for only two weeks it's developed a horrible mildew smell. I took it apart and washed all the parts in the dishwasher, and used some Zep odor remover in the tank for the next run, but the mildew smell is still there.
