I always cleaned on my hands and knees because mops & "steam mops" were never good enough. This has changed my world! IT'S JUST PERFECT and it makes my life so much better. My floors look amazing and I'll never ever be without one. I recommend it to everyone I know.

This Crosswave is fantastic for my needs. I have concrete floors throughout my home with "grout lines" etched into the concrete. till now I would have to sweep, then vacuum,and then mop the floors. This crosswave is such a blessing for me! One job instead of three. On the area rugs i would have red sand under the carpets. I would vacuum the rug,then turn it over and vacuum the back side and still would have the red sand from our texas dirt under the rug all the time.Now the rugs are clean and my barefeet are now clean as well, as i walk through my home .If you have bare floor and area rugs this is for you too. love it. love it. love it.

I used the crosswave on my cement, and wood floors. The cleaning was fantastic. I have cats too. It picked up everthing. The best part is the seperate container for the dirty mess. Just lift out dump. And hair does not get tangled in the roller. It all cleans up great. Quite too. Love It.

This is an amazing vacuum. I have hired house cleaners to clean my floors, but am always disappointed with the result. This little vacuum cleans all of my floors in a fraction of time and cleans so much better then when I do them on my hands and knees. I purchased two extra water containers so cleaning from one surface to the next is a snap. I preserve the cleaning solution for the next time. I use my vacuum weekly. I love it. My daughter borrowed it recently and fell in love with it. She has a dog and was amazed in how easy and thoroughly it cleans.

I saw a infomercial for this product and I said that is what I need, since 3/4 of my home is ceramic tile. But then I was very skeptical, but said oh well, if it doesn't work I'll send it back. Well needless to say, I still have my CrossWave because it has saved me so much time when cleaning my floors. It is a great product.

This is the best product that you spent. I got the Bissell Crosswave about 4 weeks ago. My wife LOVE this vacuum! Our home is mostly tile and wood floors and a couple large rugs. I love that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. It puts the right amount of water/solution mix on the floor which allows the floors to dry quickly. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone, especially people with 10 Pembroke welsh corgis. We have 2 oldest corgis(15 yrs old and 16 yrs old) that always have accidents and have to clean up after them every day. I had 2 different shark mops and nothing works as well as Bissell Crosswave.. It's not bulky and its not heavy. Very easy to clean and don't have to replace steam machine all the time. You will not be disappointed.

I saw this Bissell Crosswave and could not believe that it did what it showed on TV. But, after reading the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. I have to agree with those reviewers, it exceeded my expectations. I have real hardwood floors and it cleaned and mopped with the great clean floor feeling after. Love it!

Purchased this product 18 months ago. Used it every two weeks over approx 1000sq feet of hardwood flooring. Occasionally, cleaned small rugs. Today, mechanism that turns brush roller stopped working. I can move the gear manually but when plugged in, roller does not move. Will not purchase this product again.

I just used it for the first time and i love it, it took so much dirt from a rug that looks so clean, i feel safe and clean after passing it. the only problem i see is that every maybe 10 minutes or 15 minutes into it it stops without any reason, after a rest it starts again not sure if it is normal or i should do something different ana

Love the fact it vacuums and washes the floor at the same time. I use this machine about twice a week and I'm surprised at how dirty the water is! We live in Arizona where the winds blows and sand and fine dust get in everything, so to me this has been a great time saver! The things I don't like is the machine is heavy and my hand/finger gets tired holding the water button. Also, the clean up is time consuming and a lot of work.
