I have two cats and a bunny. Cleaning up after them(especially bunny) can be rough. Before the cross wave I was manually scrubbing the floor which was very hard on my back and took the better part of a day because I had to keep taking breaks. When I used the cross wave for the first time I almost started to cry. I have never been able to clean up after the animals so quickly and easily. The crosswave is a true blessing for me and worth every penny( I had hesitated buying it because of the price). I have already bragged about it to co-workers. All I can say is thank you Bissell !!!!!!

This by far is the best vaccum I've have bought in a long time. I can go from sweeping ,vaccuming, and mopping all in one. I have hard wood floors and a lot of throw rugs I can clean both with out the hassle of changing any attachments for the different surfaces. Very impressed!!..Bissel you have outdone your selves!!.

Im a fur mom of a 100lb Newfoundland puppy, a lab, a cat, and 2 chinchillas. I asked Santa for a crosswave for Christmas and it is seriously a game changer. I love that I can vacuum and mop my tile floor at the same time. No more gross mops and buckets for this house! Its incredible!! Ive used it twice in the last 3 days.

Let me brag just a little. I just had bought a new home and installed engineer wood floors. I hated them! They were very cloudy after cleaning them and streaky. People told me to use vinegar, wet mop and pinesol, stiffer, etc. Nothing worked ! Then one night I seen the commercial for Bissell. I immediately said I have to try this or I am gonna put carpet down. I received my Bissell CrossWave and used it that day!!! I fell in love with my floors!!! Shine and no streaks and the Bissell could not be any easier. It truly does vacuum, press a button for either floors or rugs and pull the trigger water mix comes out and almost drys also. No changing anything flip the switch and vacuum the rugs, flip the switch again and clean rugs all at the same time!!! Love it! The only negative I find I need a longer electric cord and be able to speed up faster doing the floor. One machine to replace a dry mop, wet mop, carpet cleaner and dust pan and broom! By the way the filth that this picked up as I have two German Shepards tracking in dirt and let not forget the hair I WAS TOTALLY AMAZED!!!

It did not work the way it looked on tv. I saw it on tv and said to myself that would make cleaning up so much easier. I would not have to make mop water and have the floors wet so my grandma will not fall and the dogs would not track dirt and footprints on my floors.

My house is 90% hardwood, and I have 3 kids. My 2 boys are, well, boys. My floors have seen everything, eggs, milk (by the gallon), chocolate syrup, you name it, it's been on my floor. When my door bell rang by FedEx, I went running. Popped this thing out and got to work. My mop would push the dirt around, would take forever to dry and my floor would be left with a grimy, sticky feeling. I bought my house 5 years ago and have never wanted to walk on the floor bear foot. That all has changed today! This thing even cleaned my grout on my bathroom floor, while it was cleaning and vacuuming. AH-MAZE BALLS! I'm not paid by Bissell to write a good review. I'm a single mom of 3 and made a financial leap of faith and I don't regret it!

I generally don't do reviews, however I feel I need to on this product. I have several Bissel products and am satisfied with all of them. I used to have a flip it floor cleaner and loved it so when it was discontinued I waited for its replacement. The crosswave. It arrived, promptly, box and product in perfect condition. After inviting and assembling, and reading full instructions I was ready for a test. Other than operator error, I was impressed with design and sturdiness of the unit. As of now I believe this product was well worth the money. I have hard surface floors and dogs and I am in and out dragging in dirt all day. Hair doesn't tangle in the roller and the brush cleaner is great.i will write another review in a few months.

My first vacuum with the machine I pulled more dirt then I ever could ever imagine. I washed my floors with the machine pulling more dirt each time. I was amazed as to how dirty the floor an rugs in my home really was. I am so glad I purchased the machine,i am one happy customer.

I have cleaned my entire house twice and am very happy with this floor cleaner. I am most impressed that I can vacuum and clean all in one process. I am a little worried in reading the other reviews that issues may arise, but so far, so good! As of now, I would highly recommend this product!

I absolutely loved my Crosswave until after 3 years it stopped working. The gear that turns the brush wore out and I cannot get a replacement for the foot assembly. If I had used this a couple times a week I could understand it wearing out, but I only used it about every other week.
