The Bissell CrossWave (Neon Green) was the best purchase I have made. So easy to use and cleans my kitchen floor beautifully in no time, First time I ever made this kind of purchase (always used mop or cleaned my kitchen floor on my hands and knees). Love it! It was recommended by a professional cleaning lady.

We have three dogs who track in a lot of outside dirt. One of the dogs is a lab, whom sheds a lot of hair! I was skeptical to see how well this machine would actually work on the pet hair, but I shouldn't have worried. It picks up all the dirt and hair and makes the floors shine all in a couple of passes! Add in how it cleans the area rugs and I'm sold!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bissell for creating the Crosswave floor cleaner! My sister, Becky, and hairdresser, Joan, told me about this wonderful machine and finally I bought one with the idea that if it didn't work out I would return it! It is the new LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!! I have never had so much fun cleaning my floors! This works incredibly! You don't even need to sweep or vacuum your floors before washing them (even though I DID vacuum them first!). I cleaned my bathroom floor, the entryway floor, the kitchen floor and the dining room floor yesterday and thoroughly loved it! It was so easy and the result was nice, clean floors! The instructions said that I can also use it on area rugs but I didn't try that one! I used it on hardwood, vinyl, tile, and slate flooring and it worked beautifully! I am so glad I bought this product--thanks to Becky and Joan! :) And if ever you need a spokesperson, I am your gal--I will tell everyone I know to buy this great product! Best money ever spent! I cleaned all my clean wood floors and my stone floor in bathroom and they were “filthy” by comparison of what I had just used to clean them. The. To ight I took it to our rarely used guest bathroom thatI had just cleaned in preparation of my childrens’ visit. My linoleum is 18 years old and in perdect condition. Welllll....this is what it looks like now. Pure white like it was before the Bissell Crosswave! Don’t hesitate to purchase this amazing machine!

Love this vacuum. It was so light and manageable; it cleaned my bathroom, hallway, kitchen, and living room and still has clean water and solution to spare. It's the best money we've spent on a cleaning product. I have tile throughout my home and I love that I can plug it in and go. It cleaned up stains that I would usually use bleach and elbow grease to clean very easily. Bonus when I turned it on it didn't scare my blind chihuahua.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.

My entire first floor is hardwood and laminate and I'm just fed up chasing dust bunnies and trying to keep mop water clean. This machine has cut my cleaning time in half. The floors are spotless all the time. I actually enjoy using it, and I don't enjoy housework. The fact that I can run it over my area rugs is a huge bonus. They still need to be vacuumed because we live near the beach and sand is an issue, but getting them fresh is awesome with the Bissell. I have zero domp,aints and one piece of advice. Don't let the dirty water chamber fill past the line or it begins to leak out. That's why there's a line. The self cleaning feature really requires more than one swish.

I've never been more thrilled with a multi- surface floor cleaner in my life! The Bissell Crosswave not only vacuums up my kitchen messes, I also love it for cleaning my bedroom and bathroom floors as well. I have tile and natural hardwood, and its cleaning power is amazing! It's very easy to put together, use, and store. I love that it pushes easily, and the handle and cord are just the right length! I have 4 cats, and this cleans up their little messes quickly and effectively! What an efficient all in one floor cleaner where I can finally vacuum and mop all in one! I've recommended this to all of my friends and family, as I don't know how I'd live without it!

I have two dogs that shed a lot! I also have all tile floors due to a flood a few years ago. I use to DREAD sweeping and then mopping the whole house. We get rain a lot and live on an acre, when my dogs would go out to use the restroom they would constantly bring in dirt/mud. I have found it is better to vacuum the floors first and then use the mopping feature. It you use the vacuum/mop feature at the same time you will stream your floors with some mud in places, thi is a godsend for multi pet owners!

I bought this hoping to get rid of the three step process it took to clean my hard wood floors. SUCCESSES!!!!! I can pull this out and get a vacuumed mopped floor all at once. I have a big dog and this makes cleaning my floors a joy. The cleaning solution does not leave a residue and it is not to strong of a perfume smell, just nice and clean. It does not leave streaks or the floor to wet. Dries just as quick as a steam mop if not faster. This cleans better than my steam/vac. Which does not always get the dog slobbers (what I call industrial dog drool). If I have one (not really) complaint, it is the cord. It is located low down which makes it easy to reach farther and it is a long cord, but I am always tripping on it. Glad I made this purchase. Also, it comes husband approved. He can be very critical about things.
