[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self cleaning feature is a joke. This does not self clean. I had to clean the entire unit on bottom after using it. Take everything apart and clean. It was hassle to the point I didn't want to use it. Also it left my floors filthy. Definitely do not recommend.

Easy to fill and get ready for use. I was shocked how much cleaning area I was able to clean on one refill. My old cleaner would take about 3 times more to clean the same area. The vacuum is strong enough to pick up all of the cleaning solution so your dry time is at a minimal.....

I thought this machine would save me a lot of time, but I find I have to go over and over the same spots of dirt to see any results, and they are not sticky, or greasy. I'm speaking of water droplets that accumulate on a kitchen floor, pet foot prints on the tile after returning from walks. Te brush roller does not stay wet enough to actually clean anything. The vacuum function should be something that the user can control. It just takes forever to clean with this machine and I find it quicker to use a mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1st time I used this machine, I was in love!! It had my hardwood floors looking and feeling so clean! Also did wonders on the grout lines on my kitchen tile! I thought, "I'VE FINALLY FOUND THAT ONE" then, the next day, after washing all the parts and starting out with a newly cleaned machine, that's when I started thinking "maybe it was a good thing I saved the box".... no matter what I do, I just can't stop the streaking the roller heads leave on my floors! I've tried everything but nothing has worked. I still grab it to vacuum up a small mess but I honestly don't feel that it's worth the money I paid for it. My Shark Steam Mop (being 4+ years old) has never left streak marks on any of my floors!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well and quickly the Bissell Cross Wave worked. I recently had a carpet professionally cleaned and quite honestly, the Bissell did as good a job. I have Old English Sheepdogs, and the Bissell Cross Wave cleans up after them in a wonderfully effective manner.

I have cleaned my entire house twice and am very happy with this floor cleaner. I am most impressed that I can vacuum and clean all in one process. I am a little worried in reading the other reviews that issues may arise, but so far, so good! As of now, I would highly recommend this product!

We really liked this floor cleaner while it worked, however the bearings went on the motor after one year's use. Unfortunately nobody in the U.S. has been able to manufacture anything like the great quality floor surface cleaners they have in Europe. Hopefully somebody will cease the opportunity as it is becoming a very needed household appliance in the U.S.

I have just cut my floor cleaning in half! It is NOT too difficult to clean after each use. I have dreamed about this type of machine. I have used it twice since Christmas and I cannot wait for the filter to dry so I can use it again. I have 5 dogs and 3 teens so my wood and tile floors get a lot of abuse. :-) I say, you shouldn't hesitate to go buy! Hurry!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst vacuum. Definitely not worth the money. It hasn't worked well since I bought it brand new. It doesn't pick up any hair/dirt. It just blows it around and balls up hair but doesn't even suck it up. It also gets clogged so easily even after cleaning it and using it for maybe 2 minutes. Awful product.

I have two cats and a bunny. Cleaning up after them(especially bunny) can be rough. Before the cross wave I was manually scrubbing the floor which was very hard on my back and took the better part of a day because I had to keep taking breaks. When I used the cross wave for the first time I almost started to cry. I have never been able to clean up after the animals so quickly and easily. The crosswave is a true blessing for me and worth every penny( I had hesitated buying it because of the price). I have already bragged about it to co-workers. All I can say is thank you Bissell !!!!!!
