[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking as a mom of 4 boys it would make my life a little easier being able.to vacuum and mop at the Sametime and it would get my floors nice and clean for my baby. But it does the exact opposite. I clean it after every use and it seems to make my floors even dirtier.

I have this machine and I have had anyone I know buy it too. However I did have to just call Bissell to replace the handle that was stuck in the dispense position, and they were great they will be sending a new handle this week. My one thought is that it positively should have a HANDLE on the water bottle! It is very difficult to remove when you have arthritis in your thumbs/ hands, I have to get a rubber lid cover sometimes to remove it. May one all bristle brush roller to would be nice for ceramic ..

My mother initially bought one and loved it. I jumped on board and bought one and my son bought one for his house. We all have tile floors with a few throw rugs around the house. Not one of these three Crosswave's lasted a year. I think it may be a faulty switch as they just stopped turning on. I wouldn't spend the money to try again, but absolutely loved how well it cleaned and the concept of sweeping and mopping at the same time is wonderful, an absolute game changer for our busy lives. I hope they can get this product to last longer!

Nothing to say but awesome!! I didn't t think it was working very well until I looked at the waste container and I was shocked. I used it on old stains on my carpet and they all came out. I am so impressed with this cleaner I had to write my first review. Try it you will love it. I also have the vac and steam (which completely quit working and its too expensive to fix) but this works much better, wish I had started with this one.

Being able to vacuum and mop at the same time is amazing! All the floors in my house are hardwood or laminate and it would take me hours to vacuum/sweet and then go back and mop. I also clean houses part time, so it cuts down on cleaning time. On top of all of these positives, it does a fantastic job picking up dirt and leaving floors sparkling clean!

I have owned every mop in the world and have disliked them all! The Crosswave has made life a lot better! My floors which looked clean...well, they were NASTY but I didn't know it until I used my Crosswave! My friends are borrowing it and buying it for themselves. I really should start selling them myself!

This is the only product I've ever raved about. I absolutely love my Crosswave.. It is so easy to use, lightweight and easy to maneuver. The job gets done so quickly now. I have always hated to sweep and mop my floors. This machine makes it a breeze. I also like the scent of the cleaner. It gets my floors really clean. I have told family and friends about this machine. If this thing breaks, I will buy another one!!! Thank you Bissell!

I was surprised at how well it cleaned my tile floors. The only draw back to these type of machines is the clean up. It really wasn't too bad but warning, the only one with a strainer basket built in is the pet version. The first time I dumped it into my sink I was flabbergasted. The 2nd time I used an old food strainer to pour the dirty water through to keep the big stuff out of my drain pipes. The fact that the whole idea is to not have to vacuum before washing, should have told bissell that there will be a lot of gunk that shouldn't go down your drain. Thus 4 instead of 5 stars. I haven't used it on my hardwood floor yet but expect good results.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to help me keep our new hardwood floors clean. I think I'm getting the hang of it and for the most part, I really like it..but it keeps 'spitting' little lines of soapy water from the sides. Also, my box did not contain a self cleaning tray. I'm not sure why?

I bought this thinking it would be a great investment but I ended up regretting spending so much on something that does not even clean my floors. At first I thought it was the cleaner and I used my own, but even then the Bissell Crosswave does NOT clean my floors. They are still dirty no matter how many times I mop. I'm better off using a regular mop and bucket. Extremely disappointed.
