I don't usually write reviews, however I often use reviews to help with my decision on the majority of this I buy. I read quite a few where people complained about the cleaning of the machine and I almost didn't get it because of how bad they made it sound but the good reviews were pretty good so I went ahead and got it yesterday....and I'll just say that I can get rid of my Swiffer wet jet, swiffer dry vac, mop, bucket, scrub brush...all of it...even my shark steam mop because all this machine needed to make my dreams come true would've been a retractable cord...but you can't always have it all....all in alll I believe this thing delivers and the maintain end cleaning isn't s big of a pain as those that make it out to be!!!! Love this product!!!

After reading and watching reviews on this, we decided to purchase one. Our home has a lot of dark hardwood. With two white haired dogs, we are constantly trying to keep the floors up. It is a long, two step process and one we try to avoid. The minute we started using our Cross Wave, we were sold. It is light weight and packs a powerful punch. Our floors are gleaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought my crosswave a few weeks ago and meh it's okay on the floor. It doesn't get tough spots very well. Anyway I really bought it for area rugs. I just got a new one and wanted to keep it clean. Well first off the vaccum keeps shutting off while I'm using it and second rather than cleaning my rug it just left dingy brown streaks all over it. It wasn't even stained so basically my perfectly clean new rug has been ruined by the vaccum

Yesterday we had rain, very welcome rain for Arizona. My garden and my PUPPY greatly enjoyed the rain....rolling in the mud ad running in puddles and in and out of the house.....the patio looked like a mud-rink.......since I worked yesterday...while it was raining...the house/floors looked very muddy .....needless to say when I was walking through my home ..one could hear every step crunching and grinding.....lol So this morning I unpacked my new gadget...which arrived 10 days early and just in time...God is good......Being 67 and knees are hurting, it is hard to clean 2300 square foot on hands and knees scrubbing....the mop does not pick up so it would have been a combination of vacuum and mopping and that does not anything for the area rugs which are quite large. And the German Reinlichkeit Obsession does not make it easy either. So I unpacked my new Bissell Crosswave this morning and went to work.......OMG why did I not get one sooner???? Why did no one tell me about this.....My house looks amazing. I am not exhausted!!!! I almost want to clean again...silly.... I swear the kitchen floor never felt this good ever on my feet...no sticky areas...and I have scrubbed and scrubbed and always felt it was not enough. Today I feel for the first time ....since the kids moved.... that my floors are spotless. What a great day!!!!!

My elderly dogs have frequent accidents. This machine makes cleaning up after them so easy! If I didn't have this machine I don't know if I could put up with the mess they make. I love them dearly and I know they can't help it but 4-5 huge puddles a day is frustrating!

I bought this thinking it would be a great investment but I ended up regretting spending so much on something that does not even clean my floors. At first I thought it was the cleaner and I used my own, but even then the Bissell Crosswave does NOT clean my floors. They are still dirty no matter how many times I mop. I'm better off using a regular mop and bucket. Extremely disappointed.

I purchased the Bissell Crosswave as a Christmas present for myself. I have no regrets and I have told everyone about this product. Yes, it is true that it doesn't get all the way to the edge of the floor, to me that isn't a big deal. I have two problem floor types that I regularly clean. One is marble tiles at my home. The problem I had before using a mop and bucket is that I had to sweep then I had to mop and then, in order for there not to be streaks on the floor I would use and old towel to dry it therefore eliminating the streaks. The other floor is at my shop and it is an epoxy painted floor. Before I would have to use a scrub brush, the surface of this floor is quite rough, and then I would go over it with an industrial mop. I still never got it quite as clean as I would like. I decided to bring my Crosswave to the shop and it completely did the entire job without scrubbing or sweeping and it left the floors cleaner than they have probably ever been. My next step is to purchase a Bissell Crosswave for my shop so I don't have to carry one back and forth. I love the product , I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This machine is one fantastic machine. I have back problems and have problems keeping my place clean. With this machine I can vacuum and mop the floors at the same time. I don't have to lug out the mop bucket and hurt my back by mopping the floors. Then have to dump the bucket out. I end up resting my back for the rest of the day. Since I have to vacuum and mop my floors quite often, due to my cats, the small bottles of cleaner do not last long. Wish they cost less and were larger or more concentrated.

I was a bit skeptical about this product, but it works great. Here are my pros and cons. PROS: Uses a lot less water than a mop and bucket, easy to set up, cool storage tray, no hauling a bucket around, cleans the floor effortlessly, dries the floor as you go, super easy to empty and clean the water collection and brush parts, does't collect pet hair in parts of the cleaning head, lightweight, super fast. CONS. Tile grout is a bit tough, but if you spray a spot cleaner like clorox bathroom cleaner on the grout and run it over afterwards, it does a good job. I got the package with all three cleaning solutions because I couldn't just order the floor cleaning solution. Not everyone has wood or carpet. Bissell should have a package with three of whatever type solution the customer wants.

My home is 90% wood or tile flooring AND I have a Leader Dog breeder, thus, puppies are running around my home for 8 weeks once a year! I just used this and am amazed. Just ordered another roller as my floor area is so large. Thank you for making cleaning easier for this 75 year old woman!!!
