I purchased the Bissell Crosswave as a Christmas present for myself. I have no regrets and I have told everyone about this product. Yes, it is true that it doesn't get all the way to the edge of the floor, to me that isn't a big deal. I have two problem floor types that I regularly clean. One is marble tiles at my home. The problem I had before using a mop and bucket is that I had to sweep then I had to mop and then, in order for there not to be streaks on the floor I would use and old towel to dry it therefore eliminating the streaks. The other floor is at my shop and it is an epoxy painted floor. Before I would have to use a scrub brush, the surface of this floor is quite rough, and then I would go over it with an industrial mop. I still never got it quite as clean as I would like. I decided to bring my Crosswave to the shop and it completely did the entire job without scrubbing or sweeping and it left the floors cleaner than they have probably ever been. My next step is to purchase a Bissell Crosswave for my shop so I don't have to carry one back and forth. I love the product , I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had been nagging about this for weeks and I told my daughter I was going to get line she told the rest of my kids and they all went in and bought one for Christmas but because I told her I was going to buy one they just brought it to me yesterday I just used it today and I absolutely love it I have severe back issues and have not been able to actually map map my floors I was using the swiffer when I went over this kitchen floor today I was shocked I have five dogs and just cleaning the floor one time amazed me I am so pleased if anything ever happened to it there would be a replacement immediately

We have a 3000 square foot vacation home that is mostly linoleum squares. I have been mopping this floor for years and then getting on my hands and knees to dry it with big towels. I just breezed through the whole floor with this great little machine and because it uses very little water, drying it was unnecessary. The floor came out much cleaner with the Cross wave and looks great. Thanks Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought my crosswave a few weeks ago and meh it's okay on the floor. It doesn't get tough spots very well. Anyway I really bought it for area rugs. I just got a new one and wanted to keep it clean. Well first off the vaccum keeps shutting off while I'm using it and second rather than cleaning my rug it just left dingy brown streaks all over it. It wasn't even stained so basically my perfectly clean new rug has been ruined by the vaccum

After reading and watching reviews on this, we decided to purchase one. Our home has a lot of dark hardwood. With two white haired dogs, we are constantly trying to keep the floors up. It is a long, two step process and one we try to avoid. The minute we started using our Cross Wave, we were sold. It is light weight and packs a powerful punch. Our floors are gleaming.

I am 64 and handicap. I do not have the strength and stamina I used to have. Sweeping and moping is really really a chore for me it takes a lot out of me. But this Bissell is the best thing i have ever bought. It vacuums, washes and dries my floors and all i have to do is sit in my chair and move it up and down the floor I love that it dries the floor at the same time. when i am finished all i have to do is empty the dirty water holder it is a breeze i have told everyone about this, I LOVE MY BISSELL

I was so excited to get this product. Eliminate a step in cleaning?? Sign me up! I debated about this product, because I didn't want to spend the money. Decided it would be worth it to save me some time cleaning. As a stay at home mom of 3 boys, who works from home, and is a ranch/farm wife in addition, time is a huge factor! It does not get my bare floors clean at all. I read the directions, I follow them to a T. I have gone over it multiple times & it still looks dirty when I am done. There are streaks from the cleaner itself, there are water spots on the floor from before that it did not clean up. It picks up like a regular vacuum & that is it. It picks up the debris & nothing more. If you are looking for a mop, don't buy this. Not happy I spend $200 plus on a machine that takes more of my time trying to get it to work and I end up mopping afterward anyway. Unhappy customer.

I purchase the cross wave after seeing a infomercial , I thought what the heck it could be my Christmas and birthday gift all in one, and if I don't like it that will reemberse my money. I received the product faster then I thought I would , took it out of the box and tried it right away .. Not only did it work like the commercial showed it was even better. We have five adults two children and two dogs, so my floors get dirty really fast. The cross wave is the best present ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Ex bought my first as my Christmas gift, when we finally moved into our newly built home . I was excited to use my new cleaner. Imagine my disappointment when I realized it didn't hug the baseboards and left about a 2 inch gap all around the rooms I cleaned. Sure you can run the cleaner head first into the baseboards and get closer, that's a lot of extra attention to just have to get the broom and mop anyway. However, worked beautifully on my area carpets WOW! AWESOME. Then after my divorce I discovered the new one claiming better edge edge and less scattering of debris. So, being the forever believer I bought it. IT IS A LOT BETTER, BUT WBY CANT YOU GET JUST A LITTLE MORE AMPAHE FOR SUNCTION. FOR THAT MSTTER MAKE ONE VERSITILE ENOUGH TO HAVE ACCESSORIES LIKE A WAND TO GET THE FURNITURE OR DUSTING IN THOSE HARD TO REACH AREAS. AM I REALLY ASKING FOR TOO MUCH? I LOVE cleaning my home, I just wish I didn't have to have a whole dang room just for cleaning equipment. So, I have 2 Bissell crosswaves. , an upright vacuum, a portable hand-held vacuum, a shampooer, mop, buckets, sponge mops, floor dusters/buffers swifter x 2, dust pans. Etc... The fact that Bissell has helped so many pets,and that takes the sting out of any disappointments I may have. I just know 1 day they will put that DREAM MACHINE" ON the market, and blow all the doubters minds! I am HERE FOR THAT. ABSOLUTELY! I RECOMMEND THEM NOW, I JUST HONSTLY GIVE MY TIPS AND TRICKS FOR THAT UP CLOSE EDGE C.EANING. IT DOES IT JOB ! PERIOD!!

I am totally in love! I have two kids and a giant 8 month old puppy who destroy my floors! The CrossWave makes cleaning up so easy, be it a liquid spill or muddy paw prints! It makes quick clean up a breeze! If I could improve anything it would be how often the product has to be cleaned, I use it in one room and then have to take it apart and clean it. I am investigating in more filters and rollers so I can keep cleaning while the used ones dry, since they have to sit for 24 hours to dry.
