My mother initially bought one and loved it. I jumped on board and bought one and my son bought one for his house. We all have tile floors with a few throw rugs around the house. Not one of these three Crosswave's lasted a year. I think it may be a faulty switch as they just stopped turning on. I wouldn't spend the money to try again, but absolutely loved how well it cleaned and the concept of sweeping and mopping at the same time is wonderful, an absolute game changer for our busy lives. I hope they can get this product to last longer!

Nothing to say but awesome!! I didn't t think it was working very well until I looked at the waste container and I was shocked. I used it on old stains on my carpet and they all came out. I am so impressed with this cleaner I had to write my first review. Try it you will love it. I also have the vac and steam (which completely quit working and its too expensive to fix) but this works much better, wish I had started with this one.

I have owned every mop in the world and have disliked them all! The Crosswave has made life a lot better! My floors which looked clean...well, they were NASTY but I didn't know it until I used my Crosswave! My friends are borrowing it and buying it for themselves. I really should start selling them myself!

I was surprised at how well it cleaned my tile floors. The only draw back to these type of machines is the clean up. It really wasn't too bad but warning, the only one with a strainer basket built in is the pet version. The first time I dumped it into my sink I was flabbergasted. The 2nd time I used an old food strainer to pour the dirty water through to keep the big stuff out of my drain pipes. The fact that the whole idea is to not have to vacuum before washing, should have told bissell that there will be a lot of gunk that shouldn't go down your drain. Thus 4 instead of 5 stars. I haven't used it on my hardwood floor yet but expect good results.

I bought this thinking it would be a great investment but I ended up regretting spending so much on something that does not even clean my floors. At first I thought it was the cleaner and I used my own, but even then the Bissell Crosswave does NOT clean my floors. They are still dirty no matter how many times I mop. I'm better off using a regular mop and bucket. Extremely disappointed.

Best money ever spent! I cleaned all my clean wood floors and my stone floor in bathroom and they were “filthy” by comparison of what I had just used to clean them. The. To ight I took it to our rarely used guest bathroom thatI had just cleaned in preparation of my childrens’ visit. My linoleum is 18 years old and in perdect condition. Welllll....this is what it looks like now. Pure white like it was before the Bissell Crosswave! Don’t hesitate to purchase this amazing machine!

I have two dogs that shed a lot! I also have all tile floors due to a flood a few years ago. I use to DREAD sweeping and then mopping the whole house. We get rain a lot and live on an acre, when my dogs would go out to use the restroom they would constantly bring in dirt/mud. I have found it is better to vacuum the floors first and then use the mopping feature. It you use the vacuum/mop feature at the same time you will stream your floors with some mud in places, thi is a godsend for multi pet owners!

First time used I liked it a lot, worked well. Second time, not as hot and third time it barely pulled any liquid up. I ran through a whole bottle of cleaner and it only picked up a 1/3 cup of liquid, max. That was on our area rug. On the tile I noticed it was dripping dirty liquid as I was working. Wish I could return it.

A friend bought one and recommended it to me as we are both cat owners. She said it was great for picking up when the cats get sick on the floors. As I have hardwood floors tile and are rugs, I thought it would be prefect. First time out I cleaned the tile floors i n my bathrooms. I was surprised the amount of dirt it picked with very little water and cleaning solution. Next big project all the area rugs. LOVE IT!

I have abt 700 sq ft commercial grade dark wood grained vinyl plank flooring in the living area, dining, laundry & kitchen that was a nightmare to keep clean. The CrossWave is the only cleaner that has come close to doing the job and making my floor look like I cleaned it on my hands & knees (back breaking). It is still necessary to clean the edges by hand and I will be anxiously awaiting Bissell to correct this 'flaw' and upgrade when possible. Hands down the best $$ I've spent to make my life easier!
