My husband saw this advertised on tv and suggested I order one, and I'm so glad I did. It works great on our hardwood floor, and I was shocked at how black - BLACK - the dirty water was! This is becoming a permanent addition to my weekly housecleaning. Before my first use, I got out a broom to sweep the dust bunnies and obvious dirt on the floor, but my hubby stopped me and said that I could vacuum and damp clean at the same time. I doubted it, but it's actually true and couldn't be more thrilled about it. My primary complaint is that the clean water tank can run dry and you really have no way of knowing if you aren't paying attention. The dirty water tank makes an obvious sound when it needs to be emptied. All removable parts are very easy to both remove and put back in place. I'm not sure I like the sample cleaning solution that came with it - I feel like it makes the floor have a dull appearance, although I can also say that the floor feels and looks more clean than it's been since it was brand new. Worth the money and happy to have it.

This is the best product I have ever purchased!! Not only was I able to clean under my stove drawer without getting on my hands and knees, this product picks up cat hair, bird seeds, fish food, cat food, cat litter and husband food!! Also, it is amazingly ergonomically designed . I would recommend this product to everyone.

I absolutely love this product. Bought it for my luxury vinyl kitchen floating floor, light gray. I tried to get a floor without those horrid tiny crevices that fill with dirt. After a year, I could tell there was still tiny grooves with dirt in them. I was worried this would ruin the floor. Every time I use it, the dirty water is evidence it is cleaning. Though all floor not back to original clean, it is the best I could ask for. I use vinegar and water combo with cleaner. But also, my dog had diarrhea on my off white carpet where I have had to call in someone to clean the carpet. I sprayed the spot, Nd this machine vacuumed up everything without making it worse. Can not recommend it enough. Easy to use, clean and put away. Well worth my $. Thank you Bissell. I can now put away all those mops and things that just push the dirty water around!!!!

This CrossWave has exceeded all of my expectations. At first I was skeptical about the machine's capabilities, especially since my husband and I have three fur babies (cats). Our entire first floor is hardwood with the exception of our bedroom. I used it in the Kitchen, Living Room, and Family Room, which is where one of the litter boxes are. Not only did it clean with ease, but it got up litter and washed the floor with no problems. I was able to complete all three rooms with one full tank. And I only had to dump it once during cleaning. It picked up all the cat hair and it's designed perfectly to glide right under the Kitchen cabinets so I can clean those hard to reach spots. The swivel head makes it easy to maneuver as well. My only complaint is that the cleaner it comes with leaves a residue on the hardwood, but aside from that, the CrossWave works great. I love it and it's now my go-to machine.

I bought this and I am not impressed. I think the competitive Floormate has a lot more cleaning power, especially along baseboards. Even with pre-cleaning dog hair with a vacuum, I find clumps of wet dog hair left behind. I also prefer the spinning scrub brush heads on the competitor cleaner. If there is something dried on the floor, I often have to wipe it up by hand when using this floor cleaner. I uses a lot less water, which is beneficial to wood flooring

I have a dog and 2 kids. I'm always cleaning my hardwood floors. I never felt like they were clean enough, so I started looking into what was on the market for a better clean. I found the crosswave, read some reviews and decided it was worth a try. I got it as a Christmas present from my parents. I have never been more in love with a present. The crosswave is by far the easiest, thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. I will never use a mop, swiffer, etc, again! I use this bad girl to quickly clean spills and other oopsies that happen regularly in my house. Once every 2 weeks I do a whole house cleaning to get the heavy traffic build up off of my floors. Cleaning my floors has never been so easy and fun!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this cleaning appliance on my area rug and kitchen. I have two young kids and a cat so it was put to the test. I got lots of dirty water from both the rug and kitchen. The rug seems refreshed but I'm not sure if it's as thorough as a real carpet cleaner. I'll have to test other attachments and my technique but either way it seems much cleaner. The hardwood floors on the kitchen are what really sold me. We had hardened yogurt, cracker crumbs, shredded carrots, and other particles from the afternoon. The mop was able to get most of the particles. it struggled with some larger oat pieces and some hardened thick spots on the floor. I was able to scrub those manually for a second and then the mop picked those up. It was so nice to be able to just use one machine. I'm always sweeping and then mopping. As working mom, that's too much! This is going to be a game changer for me!

I hoped that this would make my cleaning(vacuum and moping) easier but it made it worse. I had to return back to my sweeper and mop. When I used his vacuum for wet cleaning, it left the floors extremely wet with not so clean water and I could see the struggle to suck in the debris and water. Twice I used it(second time was for benefit of doubt), I had to RE-mop the floors. Then I switched to using it for dry vacuum only, It seemed to blow air out to spread out the debris and just vacuums a fraction of it. I look back at a vacuumed area to see some debris nicely rolled up sitting there, those I have to literally pick up and discard. I tried with both brushes, same results. This is not to mention how heavy it is and how inflexible it is to reach corner areas and under furniture spaces. I'm only surprised how some people find this vacuum cleaner very helpful. I had to give one star cos I am really dissapointed and the price wasn't friendly.

GREAT LITTLE UNIT. EASY TO BREAK DOWN TO CLEAN. EASY TO OPERATE. I USE IT ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND TILE FLOORS. DID A GREAT JOB. ALSO DECIDED TO USE IT ON MY LARGE THROW RUGS AND IT DID A GREAT JOB. DIDN'T HAVE TO PULL OUT THE BIG BISELLE CARPET CLEANER. ITS NICE TO DO DEEP CLEANING ON MY FLOORS IN BETWEEN MY REGULAR CLEANING WITH THIS MACHINE. THANKS BISELLE.

I hate it!!! It won't clean my hardwood and tile floors.. I want my money returned!!!!! My floors are filthy!!!! Someone from corporate was supposed to call me.....no call!!!! No surprise!!!!!!!! It should not get any stars.....in my book, it should get negative stars!!!!!!!
