Ordered after seeing TV add. Plus - it worked great after I dropped a full bottle of beer in the kitchen. I picked up the big pieces of glass and the CrossWave picked up the liquid and the small pieces of glass. Inspired I did the rest of the house. Minus - squirt spray seems to only come out only the left and right edges of the head. It's hard to focus the spray on floor spots. Maybe I'm using it wrong?? I recommend to others, as the pluses outweigh minues

I vacuumed my rugs with my old vaccume first. I have two large dogs that shed a lot. Boy that was a waste of my time! My new crosswave picked up close to FIVE POUNDS of dirt and dog hair from one room! I threw my old vaccume out. No more wasted time for me!! Thanks Bissel!!

We purchased this mainly for tile floors and it is perfect for that application. My wife was using a Swifter wet mop on the floors prior to the Crosswave and in my opinion you are just spreading the dirt around once the pad starts to get dirty. I saw the Crosswave on a television add and convinced her to let me order one. I used the Crosswave on the floor that she had just done with the swifter and neither of us could believe how dirty the water was in the Crosswave's tank. We live in a Florida community and most houses here have tile floors. After showing neighbors the Crosswave, several others have ordered one. It is now my job to do the tile floors, but I don't mind at all as it's kind of fun to use the machine.

I received my Crosswave yesterday. It shipped very quicklyand I was excited when I received it. The process of putting it together was very easy & quick. I read the manual and off I went on the living room tile. The whole cleaning process was so simple and easy that I did every floor in the house!!! Now I ran out of floors and could do a bunch more. I absolutely LOVE this machine. Best money I ever spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self cleaning feature is a joke. This does not self clean. I had to clean the entire unit on bottom after using it. Take everything apart and clean. It was hassle to the point I didn't want to use it. Also it left my floors filthy. Definitely do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst vacuum. Definitely not worth the money. It hasn't worked well since I bought it brand new. It doesn't pick up any hair/dirt. It just blows it around and balls up hair but doesn't even suck it up. It also gets clogged so easily even after cleaning it and using it for maybe 2 minutes. Awful product.

We use this CrossWave multi surface floor cleaner to keep our laminate floors looking great as it restores the shine to them so they look as they had just been installed, unit is equally good on vinyl and tile. I haven't used on rugs so I can't give you comments on them. We are very satisfied with this machine as it took a long boring job and made it a quick easy process, eliminating the need to go over the floor to remove the streaks left from the prior method we used.

I have 5 dogs and 4 cats so cleaning can be a chore. If you have many pets like I do don't expect that won't ever have to vacuum again. I like that it gets what the solid debris that the vacuum always seems to miss and a wet mop finds. I don't have to mop it into a pile and clean it up after I'm done, the CrossWave just sucks it right up. I was using a Swiffer Wet Jet before and always felt my floor was still dirty after. Not with the CrossWave. I love it!

We just bought this for our new to us motor home and we have wood floors mostly with carpet in the bedroom this little machine did a great job cleaning all the floors and is small enough to get around the bed just what I needed to keep it nice and clean

I got it in 2 days. Tried it out today. Now mine you I am almost 65. That had back surgery from my tell bone all the way up to my shoulder blades, I have 2 rods going all the way up. So I can't bend over to good. Tried it and I love it. I couldn't believe how much stuff came off my floors. Try it if you don't love it send it back. It made my floors shine.
