Used today on my slate floor. Cleaned wonderfully! So much easier than a mop or anything else. I did sweep first because we have two dogs and I did not want the hair to clog. Came with lots of extras! Great purchase!

It blows dirt out in front. I have to chase the dirt and dog hair to catch up with it on rugs and hard floors. When i say chase i mean across the room until a wall stops it. Then it doesnt vacuum up against the wall. I am returning mine.

I love my Bissell! It survived the flood of TS Imelda! Was under water three days covered in mud! Sprayed it off and it worked! Cleaned all the nasty water/mud off my floors! I will definitely get a new one! I was so impressed!!

I always cleaned on my hands and knees because mops & "steam mops" were never good enough. This has changed my world! IT'S JUST PERFECT and it makes my life so much better. My floors look amazing and I'll never ever be without one. I recommend it to everyone I know.

I'm disabled with limited mobility in my back and my legs so I was looking for something to use on my hardwood floors and area rugs that would allow me to clean and maintain my home without having to rely on someone else to do it for me. This machine is not it, the cleaning solution leaves a soapy residue on the floors and the cleaning of the machine is extremely hard for me. The dirt and hair from my floor turns into a muddy cement in the machine and the collection tank so the whole bottom half must be taken apart and scraped out every time it's used.

The Crosswave is a fantastic cleaning tool to make everyday cleaning easier. With a busy beach house, and a dog, this was just what I needed. I couldn't wait to try it on my hardwood and tile floors, and area rugs. It can vacuum, wet mop, and clean area rugs thoroughly and is so easy to use and clean. My house was so clean it was amazing.

I have 8 cats and 2 rabbits and kids. Cat hair wood shaving bunny pellets cat puke and more I have a big house and all tile. I have to micro fiber the floors first vacuume and then mop rinse repeat. Its an all day chore to clean my house and the next day I can't tell that I cleaned . I love this vacuume. I don't have to keep switching tools . The only two drawbacks I notice are that on dried on spots or spots that had to be scrubbed it didn't work well and it won't get close to edges. I still need my swiffer for edging. But it still cuts my cleaning time in half.

My husband and I very pleased with this machine.. When lifting it out of the box we thought it was going to be too heavy but when using its light and easy to move. We would reccomend the CrossWave it does a supper job cleaning and pulling up the water. It works great on area rugs and spot cleaning the carpet. Would'nt recconmend as a replacement for the carpet cleaner only for touch ups. Thank you Bissell

I have two Jack Russells that run out to chase squirrels many times a day. We have just moved into a new house and have more sand than grass. You can't believe how much dog hair and sand gets on my floors. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner that works well, so I decided to give the Crosswave a try. It does a great job. I got it the day before Thanksgiving and have used it every two or three days. At first, I would vacuum or dust mop before I used the Crosswave. Now, I just put the water and solution in and start cleaning. It gets up all the sand and dog hair and leaves my floors almost dry and smelling good. I did order an extra air filter because it takes a couple of days for the filter to dry. This way, I am sure to have a dry filter to put in. I do take it apart and wash all the removable parts after each use. It is really easy to clean. You have the option of filling the clean water tank half full or full. If I fill it, I can clean a living room, dining room, kitchen, two halls and two bathrooms. The power cord could be a bit larger and this thing is loud, other than that, this is some of the best money I have spent in a while.

I absolutely love everything about it . I feel now my floors have been sanitized I have 2 cats & 1 dog there is a lot of pet traffic in the Kitchen & utility room nothing else i ever used I just felt like it was clean . This product is going to make my life easier knowing that I don't have to work as hard to make things clean .
