I will say the clean up of the product after use is a little time consuming (like more than just dumping a tray out), but the amount of gunk you see and know your floors are clean- it's worth it! I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its a great cleaner, but the amount you're supposed to use is ridiculous. The bottle runs out too fast. Also I hate that Bissel only wants you to use their proprietary cleaner, that in itself makes me not want to buy it. Let me know what kinds of cleaners will work in my Bissel, and then if your cleaner is the best I will buy it. Don't try and corner me into it.

We have tile flooring and it works well cleaning the tile, however, it needs a stiffer, longer bristle roller brush to reach into the grout lines. The roller is mostly soft material with a few scattered stiff bristles but it does not clean the grout lines as it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Used it once and worked very good. Pulled some stains out of the low pile carpet in the grand kids play room. It is a little slow but beats vacuuming & them mopping. My whole house except the play room is tile or laminate. It's just what I needed. Hope it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't used it much, did a large area rug, it sure picked up alot of dirt in the return tank.. I have a dog, and I would recommend vacuuming first.. got a ton of hair too... did a quick run with just water in the kitchen.. Nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my new BISSELL. It cuts my floor cleaning time in half and I actually enjoy cleaning my floors. It is amazing, yet super gross, how much dirt it collects, as can be seen by the color of the dirt water tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work well but I was very disappointed. It leaves a bigger mess than cleaning. For example after using it, I turn it off and go to pick it up and it left a big puddle of murky gray water and dirt! It leaves streaks even after following the tips on the video. It also does not go under the kitchen cabinets so I still have to sweep and mop. I really wanted this to work but unfortunetly I am sending it back for a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a vacuum that did a wonderful job such as this one I have five children and no rugs we always had what we call grocery store feet black and dirty when they don't wear socks but these there were no more dirty feet the dirty water that came out of there was horrible now when I clean my floors I know they're clean I am 64 years old and this is a very good product I had a choice to decide on the cordless but I like chords better I recommend this to everyone at dinner time when my one-year-old drops things we don't even think twice we know when we do clean up after dinner we just use the Bissell and the job is done thank you so much

I just purchased another Crosswave for the office since the first one has been so reliable. What an easy and reliable product!
