Our townhouse has all time and laminate flooring downstairs with several area rugs so the Crosswave was the perfect choice. I shopped all around and read all the reviews and Sam's had the best price hands down, plus we got the extra brush rolls and cleaning solutions making it an even better value! Have only used it a couple times but so far we're very pleased with its performance and results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does two things but neither very well. Disappointing as a vacuum, and weak as a mop. Definitely does not behave as promised with pet hair - just mashes it up into wads that have to be picked up by hand - unfortunate.

If you thought your floors were clean using other products, they are not. This machine does a terrific job at getting up all the dirt. It is easy to use, however, the "dirt fill canister is to small" and the "floor cleaner and water solution bottle is to small" as well. I would recommend this product to be used once a week or so, but not everyday. It takes to long having to discard the fill canister to often and refill the floor cleaner bottle to often. If you have a lot of time and patience use it as often as you like. I don't, but it is a fantastic cleaner and vacuum all in one.

We also have the Bissell Deep Clean Professional Pet Shampoo machine. It is absolutely fabulous. Cleans our rugs and overstuffed chairs and couch like they were done professionally. This is our second one aver ten years.

It's convenient to have dry and wet cleaning at the same time instead of doing one after another. It would be great though if there are attachments to the unit for cleaning areas that CrossWave is too wide to reach.

I was very impressed with cleaning of area rugs. Amount of solution dispensed was easy to adjust based on thickness of rug. Attachment worked well to lift along with cleaning. I did use my regular vacuum after rugs dried to soften. Cleaning of tile worked well but did need to wipe in some areas along walls and base boards. Rotating head worked well but need to make sure that is locked into place before walking away

Its very light weight which I like, cleans tile and wood floors great, I purchased it to do my carpets and find the the roller brush which is also used for floors does no grip good on carpets. It would be great if you made an attachment especially for carpets that is a little bit tougher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine. Saves so much time and energy not having to sweep and mop. What used to take me almost 2 hours because of my OCD with mopping until the mop rinses clean now takes 20 mins. It's also very easy to clean after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how it sweeps, vacuums and mops all at once. I wish it had a removable handle that you could use for upholstery like a vacuum does. It also seems to prematurely trigger the floating sensor indicating that the dirty tank is full if you tilt the machine at the wrong angle, to so stop it I have to turn the machine off and wait for the suction to release and start again, kinda wastes time. And I would have to say it works a bit slower than I would have hoped. And kinda gross to clean out. But I do really love how it can take care of my time, hardwood and rug all with the same tool. #sweepstakes

Great feature because one thing I hated about my bigger rug cleaner was cleaning the parts that were impossible to clean. Has a lot of power too. Great design, great machine, very helpful.
