I am an elderly person and needed a floor cleaner that would help me clean the floors and make my life easier. Well this one really works great. It is light weight and cleans better than any floor cleaner I ever had. I does it all in one step. It vacuums and mops all at one swipe. It dries the floor with another swipe. Really amazed at how it works and does a great job. So glad I got this Bissell Crosswave.

I cannot explain what a present this was to give to myself at the ripe age of 30. I was excited when it arrived in the mail and immediately told thats cats it would be there worst enemy. I use it weekly to try and erase any evidence two little creatures that mooch off my hard work live here and it works wonders! Picks up whatever I'm too lazy to pick up by hand and it's so easy to clean.

My living room rug also looks fantastic! It's easy to clean after each use. We are a family with a dog, a cat and two birds. The cross wave also picked up the animal fur and feathers. I am very satisfied. The the rig and floors smell nice too!

I will say the clean up of the product after use is a little time consuming (like more than just dumping a tray out), but the amount of gunk you see and know your floors are clean- it's worth it! I highly recommend!

I was very skeptical of this vacuum. I was afraid it would leave a lot of water on the floor or not be able to suck up while washing the floor. I am beyond happy with the vacuum. It has great suction and does a wonderful job buffing the floors clean while washing. I clean homes for a living so I'm very familiar with different vacuums, this one is my favorite for everyday use and time saving while doing a really quality job.

I have two Goldens who shed and drool on my floors every day in pretty much every part of my house. . I love the fact that I can take care of both problems with this Wet & Dry vac in just minutes. Thank you for coming up with this. Cleaning the vac up after using is very simple and fast too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't used it much, did a large area rug, it sure picked up alot of dirt in the return tank.. I have a dog, and I would recommend vacuuming first.. got a ton of hair too... did a quick run with just water in the kitchen.. Nice!
