I love the Crosswaves suction power on my hard floors. Couldn't believe how clean and fresh smelling it left them! Unfortunately my area rugs didn't look better. I was also disappointed that I didn't receive the rug brush I expected to when I ordered.

I have two Goldens who shed and drool on my floors every day in pretty much every part of my house. . I love the fact that I can take care of both problems with this Wet & Dry vac in just minutes. Thank you for coming up with this. Cleaning the vac up after using is very simple and fast too.

The CrossWave does a fabulous job on picking up hair and washing the floor at the same time. I have to say I was quite apprehensive yet the Wet Dry Vac does perform as the ads show. It saves me time, keeps the floors clean and is very easy to use. Thank you

It is still new to me but I have cleaned a large tiled area with high traffic and no sweeping of vacuuming beforehand and an area carpet that I had no idea was soooo dirty!!! I like the length of the cord (chose one with a cord because I did not want to be limited by a battery) I was amazed at the suction strength and impressed with the results!! The disposal cup was filled with dirt that I did not know was there. I think it did a better job then sweeping, vacuuming and mopping would ! the dirt that came up from the area rug was astonishing and I don't believe that a commercial carpet cleaner would have done a better job. Highly recommend as is a good value for a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't definitely buy this product again. We have hardwood floors. I use to vacuum the floors and then clean them. With Bissell, it is done all at the same time and what a fantastic difference. Our floors are clean!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire house is hardwood and tile, plus some area rugs. That combined with a new puppy means lot's of mess, dirt, fur. This machine has saved my back and time from vacuuming, mopping, etc. All in one step I can do the entire house and it leaves everything clean, smelling amazing, and looking brand new. Can't recommend enough.

I love the function of this machine to do everything all at once. But my floors are streaking in some areas I'm using the bissell multi surface cleaner. I'm following the measurements of water to cleaner. And my brush is clean not sure what's going on.

Easy to use on floors and area rugs, water dries quickly on both surfaces. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 stars as the machine leaves about an inch of unclean floor by baseboards.
