[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally Received my crosswave and I am thrilled. The stuff that came out of the carpet is unbelievable. I am a neat freak and always keep my house clean. It looks clean, but when you use the vacuum it really sucks everything out of the carpet. I do not know where all that comes from, as we do not even where our shoes upstairs to avoid the carpet from getting dirty. AND I do not even have pets!!! Look at the image below of what is sucked out of the carpet its like hair mixed with tons of dust bunnies???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tile floors and a puppy....so you can see why I need this. I have your Symphony steamer but with the dog I needed more cleaning than just the steamer. So I use the Crosswave when I see extra dirt. Excellent products!

i believe i was sold a used crosswave, because (1) the swivel leans mostly to the left no matter how i try to bring it back to center; (2) the roller brush took nearly five days to dry (ONLY USED ONCE). On January 10, 2018 i spoke to Sabrina (she sounded German, said she was located in the phillipines) about this problem and she instructed me to place the brush in front of a fan(if i have a fan). I told her I followed the instructions to the letter, and that putting the roller brush in front of a fan to dry it was not part of the instructions. She seemed to think that it may not be drying because of the current winter climate. I informed her that I'm in WARM SOUTHERN FLORIDA (hence her suggestion regarding the fan) ***I'm wondering if i made a mistake believing those testimonials about your crosswave***. EDUCATION IS EXPENSIVE, so i'll chalk it up to that, even though i'm within the thirty-days recission (return rule).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissell. It cuts my floor cleaning time in half and I actually enjoy cleaning my floors now. It is amazing, yet incredibly gross, how much dirt this little machine picks up, as can be seen by the water in the dirt water tank.

I've used every mop and cleaner possible to clean our floors but as soon as the baby would crawl across the floor his legs and feet would show the dirt. Now with the Crosswave I know my floors are clean! It's amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because I had all new hardwood floors installed in my loft. I love how it vacuums and mops all at the same time! Saves me so much time for cleaning. Giving 4 stars because my hand hurt a little from pressing the trigger the next day...but granted I did a LOT of cleaning after the floor installation. Would recommend for anyone!

ONBAD WEATHER DAYS SHE LEAVES MUD PRINTS EVERYWERE ON THE FLOOR.IT SAVES TIME BY VACUMING AND WASHING AT THE SAME TIME, NOT TO MENTION THE SEPARATION OF THE DIRTY WATER FROM THE CLEAN WATER.ANOTHER GOOD FEATURE IS IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT

I bought one and used it and loved it and then took it with me to visit my sister to show her how good it worked cause she has horses and dogs and she was so impressed with how well it cleaned I gave it to her and when I got home I immediately ordered another one for me.

we have all tile flooring covering more than 1540sq ft. Also have many pets including cats and dogs. This is a labor saver for me as I do all of the house cleaning. (2 other adults in home, but are incompacitated). It works really well and was able to cut my cleaning time of the floors in half. Only complaint is liquid capacity. Could use more especially in the clean side.
