[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had about 1500 square feet of waterproof vinyl laminate installed and trying to get it clean with a conventional mop left a lot of residue. Disposable wet pads are okay for spot cleaning, but we used too many for our large area. I looked at dozens of reviews and YouTube evaluations (by real people) and decided to give the CrossWave a try. I'm a gadget guy, but skeptically optimistic; my wife is a harsh critic when it comes to the appearance of our home, but we are both quite satisfied with the performance of the device. Now, we don't have kids or pets; we use the Crosswave for cleaning up everyday dust and what gets tracked in. We don't expect it to clean up spilled food without removing the bulk of the mess first. It doesn't get tight to the walls (most reviews mention this) but that's taken care of with one wet wiper. It is a little expensive, but at this point we consider it a good value for the money. (If it hadn't worked, we were going back to carpet.)

First one was cordless...could get my large floor done before the battery need to charge It only worked for a couple seasons Reviews said don't leave plugged in on the station for long periods of not using nowhere did it say that in instructions...2nd one I chose one with a power cord

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this is a great little floor cleaner. It is very easy to use and does a great job. I was shocked to see how much dirt was still on my floors. I thoight my floors were already clean, but the little Crosswave proved me wrong. Crosswave is a light machine which is very helpful if you have issues with heavy machines. I recommend this machine to anyone with hard surfaces. My only regret is that I did not purchase Crosswave sooner. Try it and you will see.

My floors have never looked so good. I have two new puppies and I've used this almost every day since I got it, and nothing I've used before has ever worked on my floors so well. You just have to buy one to find out who great it is!! It is super easy to use and clean!!

I was very happy with how this worked and was very surprised that it didn't leave water on the floor. There was dirty water in the holding tank! heck yeah..... it puts down clean water and so no dirty water is used again. I did the whole floor and some rugs, very happy with the results.

The CrossWave is much faster and easier to use. We have a 60 pound lab mix that sheds a lot. This does a great job! I do wish you would consider adding the eucalyptus scent like the one for the steam cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It vacuums up all of the cat and dog hair while also mopping. My wood floors have never looked better. It's easy to clean and so light, you hardly know your vacuuming! I used to have to vacuum one day and mop the next because it was so time consuming. Now I sometimes vacuum/mop 2 times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a stroke 7 years ago which affected my left side. The stroke left me using my right arm and hand only. The Bissell is so easy for me to use. It's light weight which i need because my current vacuum is to heavy for me tp pull around and use. Since the Bissell washes and vacuums together, my home is a lit cleaner now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great; I use it to suck up spills and then clean over them; also works well for generally cleaning dirty floors. Scrub brush is pretty effective at lifting up smudges and stuff. It'd be nice if it were slimmer so it could get under appliances etc.; also would be nice if it could get closer to edges. #sweepstakes

Just used it for regular laminate flooring. Not enough suction. Small rocks and debris kept getting trapped in the bottom part of the vacuum, so when you shut it off, it would leave a trail of debris on the floor. Definitely returning it unfortunately
