After seeing commercials, watching videos and reading other reviews, I decided to buy this cleaner. I absolutely love the way it vacuums and mops at the same time. It is so much lighter than a regular vacuum and carpet cleaner. I had read a review about it leaving dirty streaks. After cleaning several rooms, mine started leaving dirty streaks too. I emptied the dirty water tank and that took care of the streaks. I would definitely recommend this cleaner to anyone. My floors feel so clean and ready for my crawling grandson. Thanks Bissell for making my life easier.

I like it because it cuts out the step of sweeping because I have vertigo. But I was disappointed it didn't pick up as well as I thought it would. Then I saw Cathy Bissell on TV advertising a pet crosseave which I would have bought if I had seen it advertised since I have 2 dogs.

I was very excited about getting this because I used the Bissell Symphony which uses steam....but it stopped working well (not enough steam) had it for 2 years so decided to get this. If you have a heavily shedding dog, the hairs clog it and you have to go digging around to find where the hair has accumulated. There is hardly ANY water that gets into the cup, so I wonder where in the world it's all going? Another reviewer said you had to empty the cup often? NOT ME. Barely accumulates. I wonder if it's defective. Most important, this does not disinfect like steam, and also it does NOT get close to baseboards, around toilets, etc. So you have to do a lot of bending and wiping with a rag. At first you are like wow, this is great, but then as you see all the dirt/hair/etc. accumulating in those areas, well, GROSS. Lastly, it is a pain to get it clean. Imagine dog hair, floor debris and some water all in the same container. Their directions say to "flush" but it doesn't come out that easy, and also you have to take the thing apart to clean it by the floor head, the mop head and the canister that stores dirty water, AND you have to clean the brush. LOTS of work. NOT IMPRESSED.

I bought yesterday after reading through review and like the ease of assembly and use. . My husband works on projects in the back yard and even though he wipes his feet, I couldn't mop everyday. I also did half an area rug. You can tell the difference. I am very pleased. Understand this is not a scrubber it cleans and vacs.

Just bought this to try and make cleaning easier. I have a bad back and cleaning floors is a chore to say the least so I am always looking for ways to make it easier. This is a dream come true, I may actually clean my floors more often now. Scrubs the stuck on spots off with ease. Easy to assemble and operate. It is a bit heavy but to me that means its not cheaply made and the easy roll wheels make up for the weight. Also love the swivel head option. The sample of cleaner is tiny so make sure you buy a extra.

Let me say it as it is, this vacuum does what it's supposed to and a great job. However my first time using it I accidentally bumped into a wall and my brush doesn't move at all, rendering the vacuum worthless. I tried to call some places to fix the vacuum but their online service thing is sooo outdated. I really regret purchasing it just for the sake of not even being able to use it like that.

I got this to save time mopping but it kept turning off. tried again did my small kitchen dinning room then it turns off again. never turned on again. defective machine it its just sucks. so i cleaned it up. and took it back. It takes more time to clean the machine, not a good deal too much money to spend more time cleaning the thing that should make my life easier.

This is the best hard surface floor cleaner I've ever tried and I'm picky! I own the HOOVER version of this floor cleaner so I was hesitant to try it but it was a doorbuster and had been recommended to me by a professional cleaner. The results speak for themselves. I clean my floors weekly and was able to get up more dirt than I've ever seen. I could have felt self conscious about how much but was to busy being elated with the results. It's a KEEPER!

I have always thought that washing a floor on my hands and knees was the best. Now that I am a senior, that is not possible. I eventually switched to a two bucket method - cleaning solution on one side, dirty water on the other. I used a microfiber super absorbent mop and presoaked areas. This machine blows other methods out of the water. My tile floors are noticeably brighter and my hardwood glows. I go over it with solution and then again without solution to get it almost dry. People have complained that it doesn't do edges, but I found that if you turn it towards the side, not along it, it gets real close.
