Let me say it as it is, this vacuum does what it's supposed to and a great job. However my first time using it I accidentally bumped into a wall and my brush doesn't move at all, rendering the vacuum worthless. I tried to call some places to fix the vacuum but their online service thing is sooo outdated. I really regret purchasing it just for the sake of not even being able to use it like that.

I have 3 dogs and 2 kids plus I babysit so the messes are endless...you can see in the pics below there is jello chicken noodles cereal and pretzels and with one step the mess is gone....normally I would have to get a rag to prewipe the mess then sweep then mop and sometimes even sweep again after I mop now I just use this one step and I'm done it is so much easier on my back and I get the job done in way less time this is a must have for everyone....now the only bad thing about it....because of how it cleans it does not get right up to the trim so 1x a week I use a duster/mop to get the edges....i would recommend this product to anyone who wants to spend less time cleaning and if they have any pains in their back knees or anything cause this product is a life saver in more than one way btw I have already recommend this to everyone I know

Terrible concept- it's a muddy mess to clean up Better just to go with a good cotton mop and bucket. It will be actually be faster than this.

Water container is miniature. Doesn't even hold enough water to clean an entire room. Doesn't clean as advertised. Incapable of cleaning floor tile grouts. Doesn't heat water in water container. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY - USE A MOP FOR CLEAN FLOORS

So beyond pleased with this purchase! We have been using normal mops and a shark steamer and nothing has felt as clean as this has made the floors. First use on the floors and we can see and feel such a difference!
