We tried our Bissell and found this product fit our needs.

Did not do well on my wood floors. Not very easy to clean after, lots of parts

Love the ease of using the machine. Does a great job on my hardwood floors. Very lightweight.

Excellent product!

We've bought two of these and had to return both. Neither one would come on. Called customer service, done everything they said and they said that they were defective. To take them back. I was really shocked because of all the wonderful reviews. I'll not try another one. Apparently it's just not meant to be.

love it .It works great

I absolutely love my crosswave! I have excruciating pain in my back bc of e bulging discs and i'm not able to stand/walk except in brief 3-5 min intervals. Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming were horrible and it took me hours to accomplish bc I had to sweep 1/3 of my kitchen, rest for 30-45 min and sweep another section. You get the picture... Now I cam sweep and mop all at once!! I couldn't be more thrilled! I have to sit on a stool to do it but I feel like I have more freedom! Thank you, Bissell!

I got my Bissell crosswave for Christmas and I love it I don't recommend lazy people get it you have to take it apart and wash it after every washing use and make Sure theres no water left in the machine . For the cleaner I add a full spoon to a full tank of water
