[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a litter of five year-old kittens and their two parents - this vacuum works great against both their fur piles and litter sand that's been tracked everywhere. Thus, the pet-vac variant of the crosswave is unnecessary, likely provided your house is cleaned somewhat regularly. It fills up fairly quickly if you use a lot of the washing fluid, but isn't due to pet fur very much. We've used a vinegar and water mixture for our cleaning, since the Bissell detergent has perfume in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans great, very convenient not having to sweep and mop separate. Is a bit streaky when cleaning up really big messes on tile, but if I went over it a second time would probably clean it up better. Overall satisfied.

I even turned on my robot before I used the Bissell and still had an incredible amount of dirt picked up from the Bissell. Cons: it does not swivel to do well in corners or small spaces and it is kind of a pain to take the whole thing apart to clean it. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got the pet pro. #sweepstakes

With a house that has hard surfaces it's nearly impossible to keep up with the pet hair and messes. I just replaced the one I got in 2015. Makes me life so much easier. I will always have this and my carpet cleaner on hand. Must haves for every pet owner or volunteer.

Let me start by saying I've barely ever left a review. I am so pleased with my Bissell cross wave I felt obligated to share my experience. We recently installed laminate flooring Coretech PLV. Looks amazing except that it traps dirt like a sponge. No exaggeration I was mopping at least 2 to 3 times per week using various detergents and mops. Still after one day of mopping my five-year-old and two-year-old running around would end up with extremely dirty feet. It was to a point we thought of putting down area rugs everywhere and covering up the floor. I took a chance and read the reviews and ordered the Bissell cross wave. I was hesitant to spend the money thinking this would end up not doing any better of a job than the traditional mop. To my disbelief the Bissell worked phenomenally. Cleaned effortlessly and got all the grime and dirt out of the little ridges on the surface of the laminate flooring. First time I used the machine it barely used any cleaning solution and the dirty water tank barely filled up so I was hesitant to think it did a good job cleaning. But all the proof is in my children's white socks still clean and white after hours of running around on the floor.

I've only used mine twice, now, but found it is exactly what I'd been waiting years for. My only complaint is that in order to clean the edges of my floors, the CrossWave had to be placed head-on to the wall, which isn't always possible.

It vacuums the floor, it scrubs and cleans the water but it is very heavy to use. I know I'm old, but it just seems too difficult for a senior to use. I bought it because as a senior I needed an easier way to clean my floors but now I'm not so sure.
