I love how good my house smells! We pet-sit a lot of dogs, so we run it through the house to sanitize the floors at least twice a day and use it on the front porch rug to refresh it. Not awesome with the amount of pet hair we have, so we still sweep before use to keep it from getting clogged, but we expected that and don't mind. I love that it doesn't leave a ton of moisture on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with area rugs. Every couple of years I would send out the area rugs for cleaning. I used the CrossWave on the dining room floor. I thought the cleanest room in the house as we hardly use it. I did the floor first and once dry I did the area rug. I could not believe the dirt in the dirty water tank, I had to show my husband. The floors look shiny and the rug smells great. I didn't have a smell in the rug to begin with but it just smells fresh. I love, love. love this machine. My daughter in law kept telling me how much she loved it, I personally held off because I didn't want to spend the money, I'm sorry I waited, this is well worth it.

My first one broke in two places, and I handle things gently. I bought a replacement because there is nothing else quite like this on the market. Collection tank would no longer go in place and hinge that helps it stand upright cracked. Too bad because it is a well designed product. I guess it has a couple of weak links in the execution of the design

It defiently deeps clean hard floor and makes carpets look brand new!!!! I have 2 dogs that do a good amount of shedding and if you seen all the hair this has been picking up daily im sure you would be shocked!! It's just cleaning the hair out after each use is making my stomach weak. But seriously this cleaner is DEFIANTLY WORTH IT!! :)

I received this a few weeks ago and is now my go to when cleaning my laminate floors. This saves me time eliminating the need to separately sweep then mop. In two passes, I can first vacuum the dirt while apply the cleaning liquid and on the reverse pass clean up the excess liquid. When disposing the dirty grime from the tank, I suggest using the toliet vs the sink. Clean up is a breeze, just remove the brush and rinse in the sink wringing out the excess water and place on the included brush holder. Rinse the dirty tank and empty the clean tank. Finally, I rinse the front cover and wipe the inside of the brush area clean. Power from the vacuum was more than I expected and the amount of dirt removed from what looked like “lightly soiled” floors is amazing. Glad I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could be a little bit stronger on the sucking up of the used water put on the floor after the brushes clean it seams to not have tough enough bristles on the brushes. It beats the old fashioned mop. But for the price I thought it would closer to a commercial machine. If this one wears out or brakes i will look for your upgraded one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on laminate floors and I am amazed at how much dirt and hair it picks up. I purchased the corded unit and found that the cord is a bit bothersome, so if you can afford the cordless unit, go for it. Overall a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My third of this product. Dependable to get the mess up. Leaves about a 2" gap from all edges. And the roller cover cracks regularly. With even a small crack it will not suck up any clean or dirty liquids. Always have an extra cover on hand. They are relatively affordable considering the work this machine saves. A must have for kids and pets. Wish these small design flaws were addressed by now. Seeing it has been a while sonce the first machines came out.
