The crosswave has been fantastic, not only keeping that clean but also a sisal rug that had stains from dogs eating scraps on it. It's a great product and fair price.

For me this is a great product, I have cats and this product picks their fur up off the carpet and hardwood floors. It doesn't soak my carpet like a traditional shampooer so I feel I can use this daily without harming my rugs or my floor. I wish I had bought this sooner. This is a great product and I'm so glad that I found it on sale!

It also cut the time it usually takes me to clean my floors.....normally I have to sweep and them use the steam mop to get all the paw prints, dirt, and hair up......not to mention all the drool from my big dogs. I was able to vacuum and clean at the same time. Wonderful product. Love It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of ceramic tile and grout. I have used several other types of machine floor cleaners and the Bissell Crosswave wins hands down. Lower maintenance for brushes, ( does not require a different brush for grout ) no squeegee replacement and actual cleaning solution runs the same cost. Definitely extracts water back off of tile much better than other cleaners we have tried. If you spill something it cleans and vacuums at the same time.

I love this product. I was skeptical at first if it would work adequately as a dual cleaner/vacuum. I was very wrong. It works like a gem. I love the separate chambers for the clean and dirty solution. To clean the dirty chamber is very easy. I was shocked at how much dirt it collects. I have a dog and cat that sheds and never had an issue with this product not picking up their hair while cleaning at the same time. I am a fan of this product and would highly recommend.

It is used to clean our hardwood floor as a vacuum and deep wet clean that leaves the floor shiny like new, using the all purpose liquid cleaner. We have used it to deep clean our carpet, dry and wet. It has cut our hardwood and carpet cleaning work more than half compared to other cleaners/vacuum cleaners we used before. It is a great product and I'll recommend it to anyone who desires uncompromised cleaning results. We don't have any animal pets so we cannot attest to its cleaning on pet hair. Simple design, easy to clean, but big on vacuuming results.

I bought the Bissel crosswave multi surface cleaner and boy, was I surprised. Assembly was minimal fill the bottle as per the instructions turned it on and started cleaning my kitchen floor. My floor looks almost new again. The bissel crosswave is easy to manvuer ,it cleans effortlessly and what you thought was vlean is now really clean. It works great on my area rugs also. Way to go Bissell.

The suction is supurb, it leaves the floor almost dry. I did five rooms and by the time I completed the last room, the floors were completley dry. Highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave.
