[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works pretty good so far. I really like how dry it gets the floors after washing it. My only negative is that it doesn't get the edges at all. I read that about it in previous reviews and didn't think it was a big deal, but it does leave a streak at the ends that you can tell the clean from the not clean. I have to go around all the edges with a towel and clean up. I wish it was a harder brush/roller. It doesn't clean grout tiles. Maybe a future option where we can change out the roller for a harder brush type. that's a thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having become a recent widower, I needed some help to clean my floors (both tile and hardwood) and after seeing the Crosswave demonstration on The Shopping Channel, I felt that I had to give it a try. To my delight, the Crosswave performs as advertised and definitely to my satisfaction. The result, my floors are cleaner and the work effort is minimal. I even had some fun using my "new toy" and I look forward to my next cleaning.

I live in a yard with no grass, and it has been muddy the majority of the last few months. This thing has saved my life. It moved me from hours of sweeping and mopping to half an hour for everything. Easy clean up of the product. I have been telling everyone I know to buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaned my tile floors in kitchen and breakfast area. Machine is overall a lot quieter then my old Hoover. I was surprised by how much area the solution in the CrossWave would clean. It's like a fast spinning mop. Less solution tank refills then my previous one, pivoting head makes it easy to maneuver. Most of all, from my perspective, easier to cleaner unit after using without all those moving parts. Thanks Bissell

I liked that is multi use however it leaks and I follow the directions. It doesn't get rid of the residue like others say it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a neurotic cleaner. This thing is amazing and actually keeps my floors clean. After a long day of mopping my house, if I used a paper towel to wipe something off the floor, the paper towel was gray. It drove me insane. I don't have that issue any longer since the crosswave. I realllly need bissell to make a hand held version for my stairs though.

Used once by the time I am writing the review. My husband and I did not use it right away thinking it was complicated but not at all. We used both dry and wet features and really kept my kitchen floor and mud room clean. Great buy. Easy to clean the filter and heafbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful product! Works great for in between cleanings and the cleaning formula smells good. The only downfall is that it stays 1-2 inches away from the baseboards. I would definitely recommend getting one of these.

I should have gotten something more umpf. While I can get fresh messes up fairly well something that has set a while (Morning to night when I get back from work) is more difficult. Pets will be pets. Will have to see if there is a stiffer brush roller for carpets.
