I have two dogs two cats two boys under the age of 11 and a husband and with all the dirt hair mud that comes through my house this vacuum up picks up every single thing this has saved so much time of me cleaning the boys love to clean with it too if you were thinking about purchasing one I'm most definitely Would

It works super easy and I actually see how much dirt is vacuumed up in the machine. I am really looking forward to trying this machine on my area rugs. It is also so easy to take apart and clean the parts. The roller does clean itself the tray too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a few minutes to clean up the machine afterwards, but I save SO much time not having to sweep prior to mopping, and my floors dry so quickly that I still finish long before the old way of sweeping then mopping. I was afraid it wouldn't get the edges - but the suction power is strong enough that it pulls most all of the dirt away from the baseboards. I was amazed at how great a job it did on my area rug. I have an uber expensive vacuum cleaner, but I think my new CrossWave was equal to the task. Mostly I love how quick and efficient it is to use and how clean my laminate floors feel on my bare feet. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

My home has all hardwood flooring with some area rugs in certain rooms. I don't have to switch from a broom and mop to a vacuum and back again. I can use this for the entire house. And it is light weight. My daughter even uses it. This is great!

What an amazing product. With a house full of hardwood and tile, the Crosswave is a blessing. I'm amazed at how dirty the water is after each us and we use it often. It my take a little longer to do the entire house vs. a mop, but cleanup is a breeze and I can thoroughly dry the hardwood after cleaning which is important on real wood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all wood floors and it seems they are always dirty, when I got my CrossWave I couldn't wait to try it out. It did a fantastic job and my floors seem to stay cleaner longer. Since it doesn't put out a huge amount of water, the floor dries quickly. I have used it on area rugs also with good results. The only problem using it on area rugs is that it doesn't move easily over the rug. I have recommended this to my neighbor, and she has asked Santa for one for Christmas.

So far I am very pleased with my Bissell CrossWave. It has done a great job showing me how dirty my floors really get! I can see where customers who bought the CrossWave may have issues if not cleaned and taken care of properly after each use. I hope I am wrong as so far it is working well.
