We tried to clean it on our own with a Dyson vacuum and mop but the dirt was still in the crevices of our hardwoods floors. After mopping with the Crosswave, I can take a Lysol wipe to my floors and it comes up still white. We are very satisfied! I was also very impressed that it just sucks up the hair. I've always had trouble with long hair wrapping around the spinning brush at the front of a vacuum. Not this one! Well worth the money!

Loud, heavy, difficult to remove the parts needed to empty and clean the machine which you are advised to do every time its used. Our floors are tile.it doesn't do any better job than our Shark steam mop which finally quit after 5 years. We used it a few times and have decided to return it.

I love this cleaner. My kitchen floor looks like tile but it is not. The grut marks collect dirt just like real tile. This machine cleaned so well. It doesn't put to much water on the floor just enough to clean. Drying time is only a few minutes when you are done. I priced other places and Sam's was the best bargin.

Overall this is a great machine and seriously cleans the floors. Much cleaner than mopping or hand washing. Pretty simple to use as well. Be sure to read all instructions carefully and follow them. The machine is free moving, but a little heavy on the arms. The side of the scrubbing head does not get right up to the walls so just plan on hitting any walls with the front of the head. As an engineer I always over analyze everything so I can tell you that it's an amazing machine.

I'm a senior with a back issue and this has been wonderful. My floors are clean and I'm not spending all day cleaning. It does a great job. It was easy to put together. It's light weight. I can carry it down the basement stairs myself. I have already recommended this product to my daughter. there's even a sweepstakes you can enter.

Love this machine! I have scaled down my life in my older years and have no need or room for a big machine, different mop options, etc. This machine does everything, Scrubs, mops, vacuums all at once or one feature at a time. Easy to clean, too. Brilliant invention, folks!

I have a house full of laminate floors. I was vacuuming and wet clothing, it took about an hour to do the down stairs and the same for up stairs. The cost of buying the wet cloths has been eliminated by the CrossWave, fill it with warm water and solution and your off, time is cut by half. The cleaning of the machine is very important, empty everything and clean it after every use. The evidence of your cleaning is in the water, I love that, to know the dirt is off the floor and in the perfect container.

I bought this cross wave for my son and daughter-n-law because the flooring they have has a lot of deep wood grain texture and is very hard to sweep and keep clean. My grandson is at the crawling stage so he is always on the floor. They absolutely love it. Takes a lot less time to clean the floors now and does a fantastic job.
