[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seriously underestimated how dirty my floors were! I swept, vacuumed, and steam mopped my floors before using the Bissell Crosswave. The water was coming back completely filthy!! I repeated it again, filthy water. I did it a THIRD time and the water came back clear! I could not believe the amount of dirt this thing pulled off my floors. My floors look amazing, and the cleaning solution smells so fresh. 10/10 recommend! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new crosswave. I have two labradors and it is a constant battle to keep their fur vacuumed up. With the crosswave I get the floors done in half the time, because it vacuums and mops at the same time! My son in law was so impressed, he's getting one for them.

Used crosswave on wood and tile floors and was impressed by the amount of dirt it removed. I thought my floors were pretty clean before. Unit is light and easy to use. I like the separate dirty water tank and the way the brush is easily cleaned after use.

I waited a long time to order and I wish I hadn't waited so long. I have 4 dogs and hair and accidents seem to be the norm. I have been looking for something to cut my work load in half. Other than clean up this is a breeze to keep up . I can go from Tile to linoleum to carpet with a push of a button. One step cleaning. Clean up is a little more work but worth it. I would recommend extra filter and rollers for the next time . Drying the filter is more important then the roller I am sure.

I'm happy with the purchase although I will continue to use my Shark for everyday cleaning and the just use my Bissell for my floors and to clean my area rugs. I'm not completely impressed but satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this is a great little floor cleaner. It is very easy to use and does a great job. I was shocked to see how much dirt was still on my floors. I thoight my floors were already clean, but the little Crosswave proved me wrong. Crosswave is a light machine which is very helpful if you have issues with heavy machines. I recommend this machine to anyone with hard surfaces. My only regret is that I did not purchase Crosswave sooner. Try it and you will see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean our offices. Cleans very well and is easy to use. However, it does do edges very well. The machine leaves 2" around the edges of the walls, so you have to clean these manually. I purchased the Pet Pro for home and it cleans much closer to the edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vac is the greatest thing ive ever bought. Vacuums dry and deep cleans the carpet???? I can't get enough. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because its a little heavy for me and a bit difficult to maneuver. But honestly, this thing cleans so well that I'll deal with the annoying bits. OH...AND IT CLEANS ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET THIS VAC YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole house is tiled with area rugs. I bought it primarily for the area rugs but this machine is perfect for both areas. My family room rug is white with a blue design and was starting to show traffic patterns as the room gets a lot of use. This machine made it look new again. I love that I don't have to sweep or vacuum and then mop. I can do it all in one easy step. The ease of cleaning the machine is another plus! Everything comes apart to rinse with water and goes back together easily. I bought a spare roller brush when I purchased, but since the brush cleans quickly and easily, I won't need the spare for a while. I must say including a tray to put the machine on while everything dries was a simple and smart idea. Thank you to the Bissell Crew who designed this machine. I can't think of anything you could have done to make it better. Would I recommend it? Yes. I have done so several times already.

We absolutely love our new Bissell Crosswave All-in-One. For anyone concerned about using this on laminate flooring, it dries the floor as it cleans. That is something our older steam mop did not do. No more changing dirty mop pads and my floors have never been cleaner.
