Works well must take out the cleaning brush everytime after cleaning .better then mopping .vacumes really good . Very good over all .not for tough jobs but medium .takes out grime .even if i dont mop for one week and becomes messy it really will clean .very good

This vacuum has been a life saver, or more litterally, a time saver. It picks up cereal, pieces of fruit, crackers and even small cookies in one pass and leaves our floors super clean. In fact my husband and I couldn't believe how brown and dirty was after just the first time using it. We're pretty diligent when it comes to cleaning our floors and were surprised that the machine did a better jab than we did.

I've lent it to friends who have pets and they fall in love with the machine, even as they hate how DIRTY the water is.

I am an elderly person and needed a floor cleaner that would help me clean the floors and make my life easier. Well this one really works great. It is light weight and cleans better than any floor cleaner I ever had. I does it all in one step. It vacuums and mops all at one swipe. It dries the floor with another swipe. Really amazed at how it works and does a great job. So glad I got this Bissell Crosswave.

My living room rug also looks fantastic! It's easy to clean after each use. We are a family with a dog, a cat and two birds. The cross wave also picked up the animal fur and feathers. I am very satisfied. The the rig and floors smell nice too!

I will say the clean up of the product after use is a little time consuming (like more than just dumping a tray out), but the amount of gunk you see and know your floors are clean- it's worth it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't used it much, did a large area rug, it sure picked up alot of dirt in the return tank.. I have a dog, and I would recommend vacuuming first.. got a ton of hair too... did a quick run with just water in the kitchen.. Nice!

We have tile flooring and it works well cleaning the tile, however, it needs a stiffer, longer bristle roller brush to reach into the grout lines. The roller is mostly soft material with a few scattered stiff bristles but it does not clean the grout lines as it should.
