Love this machine! I have scaled down my life in my older years and have no need or room for a big machine, different mop options, etc. This machine does everything, Scrubs, mops, vacuums all at once or one feature at a time. Easy to clean, too. Brilliant invention, folks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the spin mop first. It was good. Decided to try the CrossWave and it is much better. I like that it washes the floor then sucks up the water and dirt with the vacuum. Does a very good job of cleaning. Sometimes it makes a noise then roller stops spinning. I power off then on for it to work again. Don't know why it does it. The container is not full of dirty water and I have cleaning solution in the bottle. I like the idea of cleaning the roller in the tray. First time I cleaned it myself. To give it a better review I have to use it more then the one time so far. I would recommend the product.

Loud, heavy, difficult to remove the parts needed to empty and clean the machine which you are advised to do every time its used. Our floors are tile.it doesn't do any better job than our Shark steam mop which finally quit after 5 years. We used it a few times and have decided to return it.

If you're on the fence whether you should buy this product or not, I urge you to add it to your cart RIGHT NOW you will thank me later! The crosswave has been a lifesaver in my house, between multiple children and dogs I was at my wits end with the old fashion sleeping in mopping. It even has my husband and older children wanting to help keep the floors clean which if you don't know that's a true miracle! It's light weight and super easy to use and clean. It definitely keeps my floor spotless no matter what kind of tough mess I put it through. I wish I would have bought it sooner and saved my self so much time and hassle!

I love this cleaner. My kitchen floor looks like tile but it is not. The grut marks collect dirt just like real tile. This machine cleaned so well. It doesn't put to much water on the floor just enough to clean. Drying time is only a few minutes when you are done. I priced other places and Sam's was the best bargin.

Overall this is a great machine and seriously cleans the floors. Much cleaner than mopping or hand washing. Pretty simple to use as well. Be sure to read all instructions carefully and follow them. The machine is free moving, but a little heavy on the arms. The side of the scrubbing head does not get right up to the walls so just plan on hitting any walls with the front of the head. As an engineer I always over analyze everything so I can tell you that it's an amazing machine.

I have been taking care of the floors for my wife for many years and have always hated it. Vacuum and mop leaving streaks due to the same water being used over and over, not counting the time. Now its one step and the floors are clean. Easy to use its the best thing I have ever used in the past 40 years. If you have hard floors you need one of these.

However, because we have a textured tile, I am using the "Rug" setting throughout to release more cleaning solution. If I had my wish, I would like to see the following improvements: 1) Larger storage tanks - I am constantly either refilling or emptying the containers 2) cordless with a battery life of 60 min or more
