I LOVE this vacuum! I have another vacuum that claims to work on "bare floors" but they just never work well, because they're designed for carpets! I was so sick of dirt and dust being propelled across the floor, or never being able to pick up every little big with a broom. Enter the CrossWave. The CrossWave allows me to get EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF DIRT in a single pass! I can also use the same opportunity to actually clean the floors! I previously used a swiffer wetjet for floor cleaning (I like things quick/simple) but once I used the CrossWave I realized it never really got clean - the CrossWave picked up SO MUCH MORE (yuck)! Cannot get enough of this vac! I have also used it on my super low pile carpet and it removed a stain that had been sitting for literal months! Hello efficiency! Absolutely worth every single penny!

Amazing! Two jobs done at the same time! Vacuum and wash your floors at the same time. Doesn't get any better than this. Followed the advice on the asssembly card and watched a couple of videos which really helped. My advice is watch the videos first before you actually use the system to avoid making the mistake I made. Huge time saver and the cleaning solution works well and smells wonderful. I purchased a large bottle of cleaner at the same time and was glad I did. A small bottle comes in the box when you purchase but you will be inspired to do your floors and carpets more often so you will need more, so may as well buy it at the same time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new cleaner. it does great on my tile floors doesnt leave streaks and as long as you go slowly on soiled areas it works great. Easy to clean and move around and under items on the floor. So happy I bought one. Saving money to buy another one for my kids for gifts.

So far, I used it to clean our tiled Kitchen and bathroom floors and it did a superb job on all of them. Next, I'll be using it on our parquet floors. I was amazed at how much of the solution was picked up in the "dirty" tank and the floors were dry enough to walk on with 30 minutes. Cleaning the machine was a breeze and I look forward to using this excellent product in the future

This is the second crosswave I have purchased as my first one had a mishap during a move. I like the crosswave and feels it gives my floors a nice clean. I also love being able to do my area rugs more than if I was to do in the washing machine. The only difference is with this one I only got one roller - the multi purpose roller. My first one had 3, one for hardwood, one for carpet and one multi purpose. Glad I was able to rescue the other rollers from my old one.

Just purchased 12/23 when I went to register it with Bissell for two year warranty, it said wrong model number. After chat with Bissell it was out of warranty 04/23. Sams is selling these that are so old they are not even a model number they (bissell) are now making.

Love this for that in-between cleaning. It doesn't get as close to the walls/baseboards as I would like, but overall well worth the money. Sam's has the best deal on this product by far. Additional rollers, cleaning solution and cheaper. In addition, Sam's gave me a $10 coupon to use at a later date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 85 years old, and taking care of my kitchen floor was getting to be too much for me. I've used my new Crosswave a couple of times and I'm very pleased with the job it does. I wouldn't have believed that one machine could both vacuum and scrub, and leave such a nice clean floor. The only drawbacks I see are related to my age and physical condition, so it's not fair to call them drawbacks; they wouldn't be, for most people. The machine seems very heavy to maneuver, and disassembling it (especially removing the brush cover) to clean it is difficult for arthritic hands. These are not unmanageable problems though, and overall I'm very pleased with the machine and with the job it does.
