I Love the CrossWave I have 3 small dogs and it sure comes in handy for them or anyother mishap . I have great dogs but still every once in a while need a little cleanup < Wouldn't trade my Crosswave for anything else on the market. Thank You for such a thoughtful good product!!! Mrs C

Saves me so much time for cleaning. Giving 4 stars because my hand hurt a little from pressing the trigger the next day...but granted I did a LOT of cleaning after the floor installation. Would recommend for anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister recomend this vacum. I deside buy it. So I liked how it cleans out realy good your carpet and floor. The thing I dont really like is that when I use wet option on my hard floor, I see water piles here and there from it.

we have all tile flooring covering more than 1540sq ft. Also have many pets including cats and dogs. This is a labor saver for me as I do all of the house cleaning. (2 other adults in home, but are incompacitated). It works really well and was able to cut my cleaning time of the floors in half. Only complaint is liquid capacity. Could use more especially in the clean side.

I am pretty satisfied with the crosswave. I love that I can vacuum and mop at the same time, especially since I have ALL hardwood floors - I was not looking forward to doing two rounds of floor care! If there is a spot that has been on the floor for a while, I still have "deep clean" that spot to get all of it to come up. But overall - loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire downstairs and steps are in luxury vinyl. Before purchasing my Bissell, I use the traditional mops to clean these floors. I thought my floors were clean, However, when I used the Bissell for the first time, the dirty water collected was dark gray and full of small particles the Bissell was able to lift. Truly a great way to clean my floors and I immediately threw away my old mops.

She shared that the shark cleaner she had ( which broke ) could not even compare to the CrossWave. She Loves CrossWave! She loves the cleaning tray too.

This was a gift. But I am told they live it. I'm writing because I ordered during Christmas season and I did not get an email regarding payment receipt or shipping. I called Ian's it was very easy to reach customer service and they are pleasant and helped me right of way. I also had my order within a week!
