I have area rugs throughout my home due to having a disable dog that can't walk on slick floors so it would be at least an hour long process to clean everything. After getting my bissell if has become a 15 minute process and my floors look clean than every! Highly recommend this to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I didn't think it would work this well. I am very impressed on the suction power and how clean it makes the floors. I clean my floors regularly because we have two very big dogs, but this cleaned my floors even better. Very happy with my Bissell Crosswave.

I bought this as a second cleaner for my vacation home. It arrived in a taped up box. The inside packaging was wet as the top of the liquid cleaner was removed and the seal cut. I have not used the cleaner yet, but the one I already had works as advertised.

I was dubious at first but pleasantly surprised at how Wonderfully this thing works. Picked up kitty litter, cat food and mopped my floors clean with very little water, no slipping for me! I am in Love with this wonderful Bissell vacuum/mopper. My son has sworn me to buying another next year so he can have this one, that should tell you!

Used this for the first time this weekend and I am a huge fan. Cleans floor thoroughly and clean up is even easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and actually already have. The only thing I get worries about is if the main handle is going to hold up as it seems pretty light weight.

I used this after I sweep to vacuum and mop at the same time. It's amazing! I can literally feel a difference in my floors from a regular mop and the cross wave. I do wish the parts didn't need to be cleaned abs dried for so long but it's totally worth it!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Ok on the floor scrubbing option, the negative is the squeegee always leaves water behind when suction and going backwards as you move the machine in the direction your going to clean floor looks streaky after the scrubbing I just completed the job by mopping after, but it does clean and scrub the floor def. a diffrence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been quite impressed with the Crosswave's ability to "vacuum" and mop at the same time. It cleaned nicely for the most part, but didn't get off the dried on stains and doesn't clean the grout areas as I had hoped it would. I don't know how long lasting this device is yet, so I can't give it the 4 stars yet.
