This is a great product, works great on all my hardwood and tile. Vacuums and mops. If there is a drawback it is a little heavy. I highly recommend it.

I could not get it to turn on and then could not turn it off. Then it would turn itself off while I was using it. I had trouble with it the first day I used it. Most times it would not run. When it did I loved it. Must have a short somewhere. I need to call and get it reolaced. Anyone else have this happen?

Not happy with this item. It doesn't get corners clean or wash to the wall so if I have to get a mop just to get into the corners or clean all the way to the wall then I may as well just mop it from the start and forget the $250.00 purchase. Would not recommend. Save your money.

I LOVE this product!! I have tile and hardwood floors with 4 kids, 4 dogs and 4 cats!! This machine is a vacuum and cleaner all in one! The suction is wonderful and the cleanup is a breeze!! The only down falls are 1.) It does not come close to cleaning any edge and it leaves streaks... BUT my floors feel AMAZING under our feet! We live coastal so sand is a big problem as well and it cleans it up with no problem. I've searched for a all in one product and I finally found one! I just wish it would not leave a 3 inch gap of dirty floors next to the walls.. if they fix that and somehow get a formula that does not streak this would be good!!
