[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Crosswave primarily on time flooring, a little on carpet. This is our 2nd Crosswave, can't say enough about how well it cleans the floor. It's easy to disassemble and clean as well.

Absolutely great for my hardwood floors. I have had a couple other name brand floor cleaners and the Bissell far exceeds the cleaning efficiency of the others.

Does not work properly. Only used twice because it leaves a dirty water sludge like track on the floor while mopping. It also smells, we cleaned it multiple times and the smell just won't go away.

I have had a number of wet/dry vacs, they are heavy and give uneven amount of water. The Crosswave is light and easy to use, spreads the right amount of water and picks up most of the moisture.. I bought one for home and our vacation home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this product. Very easy to clean and rinse. All heavy plastic. I was using a mop and Resolve carpet cleaner. Now I have all in one. Vaccum, hard floor, and carpet cleaner.
