[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! I don't have to sweep or vacuum the floor before cleaning it! I used to use a steam mop. As soon as I got my new Bissell I went over the floor three times and was still picking up dirt! This machine is amazing and I have even got my mother and my mother-in-law to buy one!!

I have all concrete floors in my home (1700sqft). I also have two boxers that love to lay in the dirt and then lay on the cool floor. It does a decent job on the floors, sometimes I have to go back over a second time. The biggest con for me is I have to refill the bottle a bunch of times to do the whole house.

After long use I noticed how sticky my floors had become, no doubt because of long term build up of Bona's solution. I have quite a large wood floored area. With the very first use of my new Bissell Cross Wave the floor, particularly in the kitchen, was back to being smooth and tacky free. Am delighted with this product. I purchased this after quite a lot of research, particularly independent video reviews. Would definitely recommend, just wish it was a little wider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The title of this new Bissell Cross Wave says it all and that's what I love about it. Yes it is All-In-One. It mops as you vacuum. I don't have to sweep my uncarpeted floors and then drag out the bucket and squeeze mop, I just mix up my cleaning solution in the handy bottle that inserts into the top of the Wet Dry Vac and I'm set to go. My floors get cleaned easily and stay clean longer. They also dry quickly. When I get to one of the larger area rugs, I just switch with a touch of a button from hard floors to rugs and take care of the rug vacuuming while on my way to the next section of hard wood floor (or tile). When all is done I pour out the dirty water and "gunk", rinse the container and filter and set it out to dry. "Eazzy-peazzy", as my nine year old would say.

The first time you use it, you will be both shocked and pleased at how much dirt comes off your "clean" floor! Your floors will get cleaner and cleaner with each use...and it is no more effort than vacuuming! I am so accustomed to having shining floors throughout my whole house, I would never use anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a vacuum that did a wonderful job such as this one I have five children and no rugs we always had what we call grocery store feet black and dirty when they don't wear socks but these there were no more dirty feet the dirty water that came out of there was horrible now when I clean my floors I know they're clean I am 64 years old and this is a very good product I had a choice to decide on the cordless but I like chords better I recommend this to everyone at dinner time when my one-year-old drops things we don't even think twice we know when we do clean up after dinner we just use the Bissell and the job is done thank you so much

I bought this a month ago after going back and forth for quite some time. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. My floors have never been so clean! I am 9 months pregnant and have had terrible back pain so sweeping and mopping were almost impossible for me. I love the convenience of getting both done at the same time and no bending over!!! I am so happy with my purchase!

The CrossWave makes cleaning more enjoyable because I dont have to be breaking out a vacuum cleaner, then a mop and bucket. Filling the bucket and dragging it around the house. Changing the water every few minutes. The CrossWave save me time and energy. Absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really seems to do a great job vacuuming and cleaning the floors. The clean-up of the machine is ok, wish you did not have to take it apart to do it, but it is pretty simple. Some type of furniture attachment would be cool!
