I have gone over my old kitchen floor with water only with great results. Ground-in/soaked in dirt is coming out. It hasn't looked better since the house was purchased.

I have mostly hardwood floors in our home & some linoleum. I used to sweep & then mop all our floors, which was time consuming! Being able to vacuum & mop our floors simultaneously has helped cut my housework time in 1/2! Very pleased with how clean our floors look. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a good product. However, if you are doing a rug... it likes to randomly shut off. Also, if there is a mess on the floor then it doesn't get it up. But it's good for vacuuming and get the floor wet for a quick clean.

I ordered another brand hard floor cleaning machine it didnt work the way I needed it to work so I bought the Bissell Crosswave and it worked good from the start! Theres a wide spand of cleaning, scrubbing and, then it vaccumed up the water and it was dry in no time. My floors were pretty dirty from standing water from the flood so I used it another two times and Im amazed! I actually keep it in the kitchen so I can quickly clean where the doggy pad leaked. Ive shown my friends when they come over as some of them saw the floors before I bought the Bissell Crosswave. So far there are no cons.. My daughter is going to buy one! Yes I do recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apartment is mostly hardwood, with medium-pile carpet in the bedrooms. The crosswave has been great for cleaning both surfaces. I can see how you may run into issues if you don't clean all the parts after using, but all of the pieces are easy to clean. Only challenge is removing hair that gets wrapped around the brush. This is my first Bissell product and overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen! I have OCD. I used to take medicine for it because it was so bad. My house HAS to be clean at ALL times or I have horrible anxiety. We do not wear shoes in my house either. It's my husband and I, and our 7 year old daughter and our little 4 pound morkie. (Does NOT shed at all) Our mop has been a swiffer for many years. I am 8 months pregnant and it just really hurts my back to mop right now. So I saw everyone talking about this and was like "hey! Let's try it. It will be easier on my back" In NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM was I buying it to make my house "cleaner". BUT OMG!!!! My husband and I about fainted when we saw how dirty the water was! ESPECIALLY because we had just mopped the day before! So, if you think your floors are clean and you don't need this, YOU ARE WRONG! Everyone needs to own the cross wave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! A bit noisy but not overwhelming. Vacuum and washes, wonderful , and no steaks left like the mop. No heavy bucket to carry up and down stairs. Clean up of the dirty water container takes a bit of time but is not difficult by any means.

I was looking for vacuum cleaner that was not too heavy and that would save me the trouble of vacuuming and then mopping the floor as well as save me the expense of renting a carpet cleaner! I've also used it on my stairs which are carpeted. An upholstery option would be a great addition to the Crosswave!
