[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient to have a product that is doing all it said. Hard floor mopping and vacuuming at the same time is very convenient. I used to sweep floors then mop. This product made this two step process into one while saving lots of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely pleased with my Crosswave wet-dry vac. I honestly didn't think I needed this as I already had a vacuum stick and a carpet cleaner. I really am not a clean fanatic...at least not until I've now realized I've run out of places to clean. In fact I've used it more than my previous Bissell carpet cleaner that I've had for years (that still works too but this is easier). I'm thinking of inviting the neighbours children so I can clean after they leave. It's easy to put together, easy to remove the container to fill with fluid, easy to clean. Don't need to keep referring to the instruction booklet. I can vacuum then clean with one machine. I love the convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CrossWave All-in One Wet Dry Vac is my life saver. I am 82 years old and my Beagle is 2. This dog sheds like snow falling and digs like a back hoe. Cleaning the floor is so easy. No more mop and rinse and at least an hour of time saved. Got to tell you I have your rug shampooer also love it. Thank you, you have made my life so much easier. Now if only you had something to make mowing the yard easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been on an endless search for a machine that can clean our floors (tile and laminate) without having to drag out the mop and bucket which only moves dirty water to a different place. We live on a ranch and the amount dust that settles on all surfaces is amazing. Add 5 dogs to the mix (2 of which are long-haired that shed 2X a year) and you will need a good machine. We were surprised at how effected the CrossWave is. It picks up everything in it's path and uses very little water to do so. What used to take a full 90 minutes is now accomplished in half the time. If you add a scented cleaning solution your place will smell great Since it works so good on non-porous floors we figured it would fail to clean a stain on a throw rug. To our surprised it cleaned up a spilled drink with no problem. Great machine for hard floors, and a decent machine for carpets. I would most likely buy a bigger machine designed for carpeting if we had any. Easy to clean, lightweight, and well worth the spend.

I keep a clean house but if the filthy sludge water I poured out is any indicator of how it cleans then it did a really good job! Not really suitable for the bathrooms because not able to get in spaces that tight but I used it on luxury vinyl plank through the rest of the house.

This vacuum cut my cleaning time in half and did an excellent job. It feels like the floors are cleaner, because you are not dipping a mop into dirty water. Faster and cleaner. I bought one for a friend as it can be life changing for someone who is very busy and does not have much time to spend cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I can easily go from vacuuming my hardwood floors and carpet to cleaning them with the Bissell multi-surface formula. It is brilliant! With just the push of a button and a trigger, I can clean all my floors and carpet. The machine basically self cleans after each use when you add just a cup or two of water to the storage tray and run the machine for a few seconds. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely love our CrossWave! We have tile, hardwood, and carpet in our main living areas that get the most traffic and this has been great on all of these surfaces. Yesterday a 2-liter of soda was dropped onto the tile in our kitchen as we were preparing a Labor Day barbecue made a huge mess (as shown in the attached picture). We got out our CrossWave and it did a fantastic job, actually much better than expected. We figured we would go over it once or twice to vacuum up the liquid, then use the mop function to somewhat clean up the sticky mess, and that we would eventually have to scrub the floor by hand because we thought that the CrossWave would still leave behind a sticky residue. Not so! We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and effectiveness of this vacuum and highly recommend it. If you have kids, this is a must-have!

It has always bothered me when mopping that after the first swipe with a mop, everything following is being cleaned with progressively dirtier water. This solves that issue. The downsides I see are few and not "deal-breakers." 1) The ratio of water to cleaner is off... so much soap that the floor is sticky afterwards; 2) the spot the cord comes out of the machine makes it annoyingly in the way while mopping. It would be great if there were a clamp or a hook that would hold it up away from the floor; 3) pretty darn noisy for a little motor! Those bits aside, it is a breeze to use, cleans the floor well and has really come in handy with a new puppy! Quickly cleans up little messes as they occur. My house is all tile and laminate floors, this has made cleaning a much simpler task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was quite easy to use and also for being handicap it was very easy to go from hardwood floors and go on to clean crapet. It took old dog spots in the carpet and cleaned quite well. My wife said she has found something to do.
