I have also had to mop and then use this to suck up additional water on a tile floor. This makes cleaning my floors so much easier and quicker.... not to mention less pain for my knees and back! #Sweepstakes or not, this vac is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work as a caregiver and that includes some cleaning, vacuuming and then mopping the whole down stairs, my Crosswaves cuts this task in half so I have time to help my clients with other things . It works great and is easy to clean up afterwards. It is my new best friend.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Our house is mostly hard floors and when cleaning them it usually was a drawn out chore due to first sweeping every inch then wet mopping after. This cuts the job in half and lets us do both at the same time. Helps a lot when it comes to cleaning up after a rowdy toddler and multiple (evil) cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little conflicted about this device. I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 because: - it does not saturate the roller brush completely so the machine leaves wet streaks and at times, excess fluid on the wooden floors, which is not good (and I did read the manual first and let the fluid run before starting) - the filter gets clogged easily by hair and dust, so it requires frequent dumping of the collected grime - it does not suction rug/carpeting very well, even after multiple passes on dust balls on the floor What I do like is the evidence of the dirt, hair, grime that ~does~ get picked up by the machine. I just wish it was less fuss to deal with the aftermath of cleaning it for the next round around the house.

So far, I used it to clean our tiled Kitchen and bathroom floors and it did a superb job on all of them. Next, I'll be using it on our parquet floors. I was amazed at how much of the solution was picked up in the "dirty" tank and the floors were dry enough to walk on with 30 minutes. Cleaning the machine was a breeze and I look forward to using this excellent product in the future

I can't quite give it 5 stars because I'd like it to put a little more water on the floor to help pick up dried on dirt -- it cleans good, but doesn't seem to actually scrub. I'd also like it to have a bigger water tank and pickup tank. Overall, though, it does a nice job and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my bissell Crosswave. I have two dogs one is a year old and the other 11 weeks old. This floor cleaner cleans my rugs and floors very well. I cannot day one bad thing about it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Just 4 stars though as I agree with other reviewers that there is about a 1 inch perimeter that the vacuum does not clean. However, the places that it does clean, it cleans very well. I even took the vacuum into my shower stall to clean the floor tiles and it worked amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the following: lightweight, easy to clean machine after use, and does a nice surface job in a quick, easy manner. The surface switches of rug and hard surface keep getting hit and turning off while I'm sweeping.
