It was better than we hoped. Brushes make cleaning the floor easier. Machine was balanced and required littke effort to use. Dirty water container easy to remove and rinse out. Just over all a good hard working machine. Also great suction to pull water back off the floor.

It cleans up wet messes but anything that's remotely dry you have to go over a bunch of times. It doesn't get the deep clean I'd expect for the price. So thats pretty disapointting. Still deciding if if I'm going to keep it or not...

I have 4 dogs and when they come in they bring mud with them along with grass and dirt. Now I can clean and vacuum in less time with one machine. Also the Bissell cleaning liquid makes my house smell as clean as it is. Great job!!!

At first it was cleaning well, but later the suction was just releasing more of the mix and spits the dirt back. I think it losses the suction, because it really becomes noisy and wet dirt regurgitates back to the floor.

It is so much easier using the CrossWave than 1st using the vacuum cleaner and then washing the floor. The CrossWave saves so much time and does a great job. Easy to use and very easy to take apart to clean out the components. We have also used it to spot clean carpets. Does a great job!

While its easy enough to use weekly if you want, I feel like this will be my go-to every couple of weeks for more heavy duty cleanings. It is very easy to use and even my husband commented on how clean he felt the floors were after I was done.

Hardwood floors throughout the house. Sea few small area rugs. Easy to use, set up and empty. The floor was cleaner than it ever has been by mopping. I love the way it mops and vacuums. This did not save a lot of time but it was far more efficient and did a much better job. You will be surprised at how dirty your floors mad area rugs are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that fact that there is a mop and vacuum in the same machine. I have hard wood floors, and tile floors throughout my house. I don't have to drag two separate machines out to get the job done. it's light weight and pretty easy to operate. I don't even mind the small amount of dismantling that has to be done in order to clean the parts. After seeing the commercials for the battery less one, I wasn't sure what this one would look like. I am pleased with the purchase.

I use this wet dry vac to be more efficient with washing my tile and my hard wood. I can now vacuum and clean the floors at the same time. Saves Time. I would definitely recommend it. I have use the cleaner on throw rugs and it does seem to brighten the up.
