I have area rugs throughout my home due to having a disable dog that can't walk on slick floors so it would be at least an hour long process to clean everything. After getting my bissell if has become a 15 minute process and my floors look clean than every! Highly recommend this to everyone!

It was fur filled chaos. I was honestly losing my mind trying to keep up and dreaded any time someone "dropped in". Getting the CrossWave has been an absolute blessing!!

I always thought that using a mop just moves the dirt around, and after using this crosswave I think I was right. I moped the floor the day before this came and the water was dirty, so it does a great job. I also was happy with all the accessories that it came with.

Quality easily "SURPASSES" simulated uses but "AT A REDUCED" price underscores quality can come without raising the product price

I couldn't believe the color of the dirty water - too think I was leaving that on my floors and rugs!! The only downside is that it seems a little loud.

I even turned on my robot before I used the Bissell and still had an incredible amount of dirt picked up from the Bissell. Cons: it does not swivel to do well in corners or small spaces and it is kind of a pain to take the whole thing apart to clean it. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got the pet pro. #sweepstakes

I am here to tell you OIT not heavy at all and is easy to use. A real eye opener is how much dirt this picks up. My floors didn't look that dirty but the CrossWave proved me wrong!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bissell to use on my laminated wood floors. I live in the south and we get a lot of rain. Having a large dog I am always having to mop my floors. I was looking for a way to make things easier and this product solved the problem. I first used it in the dry mode only to see how it worked on the dog hair and dirt. I was very pleased with the performance. A few days later I used the mop and sweep mode. I was very surprised by how well it cleaned. It was easy to clean, use, and saved me a great deal of time and labor. At times there was a little excessive water on the floor when pushing and pulling back and fouth. I found by letting off the water dispensing trigger and going over the area it picked the water up and looked great. This product overall is great.

Okay, keep in mind I've only had it for like 2 weeks. So far it totally cleans my tile floors! I live in Florida and my house gets tons of natural light and before you would be able to see streaks and stuff so I figured I would give this thing a try. It cleans well and you wouldn't believe to dirty water it pulls up! I'm a clean freak and was shocked when I saw it! Hopefully it continues to work as well and lasts a while to get my monies worth! In the past I haven't been a fan of Bissell... I have 2 carpet cleaners that died within the first 2 years... will see! Good luck!
