Love, love this product. I've always dreaded doing my hard floors and would scream a little on the inside if someone messed them up after they were cleaned but now it's really no big deal if a mess happens or it's just time for a cleaning. I have 3 dogs a 2 year old and another baby on the way and this makes life so much easier, my new best friend!

I hate sweeping and mopping and can never keep up with it, but the crosswave has made keeping my floors clean a much easier task! It vacuums away all the loose dirt with ease, and is also powerful enough to scrub away any stuck on food on the floor. Im so happy I bought this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple mops, vacuums and robots to clean my floor constantly with little kids but nothing compares to the Boswell Crosswave. I used it on my moms floor and she bought one the same day. The best purchase in years!

I use it to clean all my laminate, vinyl planking and ceramic tile floors. It does a great job. I had a little difficulty putting it together after I cleaned it, but it works beautifully. I get my floors done in a fraction of the time it used to take me. The floors are clean, and they dry quickly. By the time I am done, I do have to wipe up the last bit with a paper towel. When my floors are done, so is the machine...it can't take anymore. I am a little sorry I didn't buy the cordless one, but I can live with it. Good product. Sweeping and washing all in one.

So far I am most pleased with the CrossWave. I have white tile floors throughout my home and it is washing them and leaving no streaks, so they look and feel much better after washing them with the CrossWave. It is much more gentle on my back also which is a big plus.

Like the one step operation of vac and clean. The machine is easy to clean and reassemble for the next use. Floors look like they were brand new.

We recently remodeled with a new LVP floor and were tired of all the moping mess to keep it clean. Witht he Bissell the employees enjoy using it which means they clean more often!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my CrossWave! Because our home is almost entirely hard floors with area rugs, I am able to get all of the floors clean without sloshing buckets, gross mops, and the occasional scrub brush for tough spots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used it yet. Not sure if it will work well on my wood floors. I didn't read the product to well because I thought it was a vac and/or mop. But it's not, that means I have to buy one that just vacuums. That's not what I wanted. I have 2 dogs and a handicap son, in a wheelchair, there are times and lots of them where I just want to vacuum. I don't mop everyday.

Many have never lived inside so accidents are a way of life for us. This is our 2nd Crosswave, don't know what we would do without this!
