I have gone over my old kitchen floor with water only with great results. Ground-in/soaked in dirt is coming out. It hasn't looked better since the house was purchased.

I used a different one to clean garage floor .. and then washed it . my home is all tile .. overwhelming task to clean for a senior . but with this product .. its just like vacuuming the floor ..

I love being able to go from my hardwood floor to my area rug with a switch of a button. With having two small, older, dogs, I love this pet cleaner. Gets rid of the odor and the vacuum picks up more hair than my other vacuum. Very happy with this purchase.

I have purchased a few different machines, swiffers, steam mop, even used my carpet shampoo machine to clean my floors. Nothing has compared to the Crosswave. This machine is definitely lighter to work with than my steamer and carpet cleaner. I can sweep and clean my floors in no time! This is all I need!

I have mostly hardwood floors in our home & some linoleum. I used to sweep & then mop all our floors, which was time consuming! Being able to vacuum & mop our floors simultaneously has helped cut my housework time in 1/2! Very pleased with how clean our floors look. Highly recommend.

We've been using a microfiber mop system (like a reusable swiffer) but it has so many limitations. I wanted something with some power. We have 2 little boys and a house full of pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, and then some) so our floors really take a beating, especially in the summer when we are in and out all day long. The crosswave pulled up *so* much dirt, even off of the newly installed LVP. It's easy to use and a breeze to clean. I was a little worried it would be a pain to clean like our old Bissell carpet cleaner (which was impossible to get completely clean, ugh). But the crosswave was well-designed and I'm pleased. My only minor complaint is the noise. The first time I used it to clean all of our floors, I wore noise-canceling headphones because it's LOUD. But... It's an acceptable trade-off for price and function for me. The real test now will be to see if it holds up. That's my only concern with household equipment, and the brand rarely seems to make a difference. Fingers crossed it lasts at least 5 years!

Had 2 Hoover floormates, before the crosswaves that did NOT put out enough water to clean well (thus they made it to the curb with the trash). I love the fact the Crosswave makes easier turns, is allot easier to use, and much lighter. My home has ceramic tile that looks like wood, and the crosswave cleans it perfectly. Picks up every single hair from my 2 short hair dachshunds, too. . It is amazing how much stuff ends up in the dirty water reservoir after cleaning. Have recommended the Crosswave to many of my friends as I'm so impressed. The best part is the vacuum before cleaning feature. No more mops, dust pans, vacuuming before washing the floor! Couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a good product. However, if you are doing a rug... it likes to randomly shut off. Also, if there is a mess on the floor then it doesn't get it up. But it's good for vacuuming and get the floor wet for a quick clean.
