I love this so much!! I should have bought it a year ago! It makes cleaning my floors so easy and takes way less time! I ordered one for my in laws after receiving mine! They love theirs too!

Cleans amazing!! Love the vacuum and mop combo. Saves so much time and my floors get a clean more often than pre-bissell. Only thing is the cleaning product used with it can be a bit streaky if too much water is released.

I bought this for my daughter as a wedding gift and she loves it! Says it works great and makes cleaning the floors faster and easier with wonderful results.

I really love the product! Just wish it was shipped to me right the first time. When I called the customer service was horrible the person didn't speak very good English. It by far is the best hard wood cleaner I have ever bought.

I would like to have the edge cleaning a lot closer. I looked at the cordless for the better edge cleaning, but I don't like cordless items such as this as the battery does not last long enough for me to do my whole floor.

After getting the Crosswave from Sam's online I used it on all the tile and linoleum floors in the house. Easy to use and gets them clean. This is the one to get.
