[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! Not only is it lightweight and easy to use, but the rugs around our house smell so much better after being steamed. Very easy to transition from hardwood to the rugs as well.

I LOVE this product. It's so easy to use and with a new puppy in the house, it gets used daily. I love it for my floors and my carpet - it just refreshes everything quickly. Easy to clean and assemble and not too heavy or bulky.

This is AMAZING, eliminates having to vacuum or sweep beforehand, getting into corners can be challenging, having a hand wand attachment would make it PERFECT. Being able to go from bare floors to carpet is the ultimate. Very happy with the product.

I have used the crosswave on my hardwood floors, tile and areas of carpet that have been stained and it works fabulous. It's light weight and easily maneuverable. Makes cleaning just that much easier!

I use this on my carpet , throw rugs and bare floors. Had a little streaking on the hard floors until I got them clean. Went over them 3 times. Now it works perfectly. Here is the best tip I can give you... watch the videos they help a lot!

I've only had this machine for a couple of weeks, but so far I love it. It seems to get the floors very clean. The brush is effective, yet gentle enough for our hardwood floors. I like the throw rug cleaning feature.

We have 5 children, 2 pugs and 4 cats....so pleased with how well the crosswave cleaned and removed all of the pet hair from our hardwood floors. Awesome product!

This is a great cleaner. Works very well on wood, tile, and laminate. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's a little hard to clean, but no big deal.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I like it no more dust from a broom flying in the air and I don't have to sweep then mop and I have lots of sand from boots and it gets it all up
