Easy to use. It's not great on things that are sticky or dried. Overall a good product. I love that you don't have to sweep first . It vacuums and mops at the same time.

I used another wet floor vacuum and was not thrilled with the performance. I researched wet floor vacuum's and found the Bissel Crossover. What a great tool. I also clean homes and have purchased 3 more for my clients. Best purchase ever!

Won't pick up dirt well at all on carpet and even worse on the hard floors! I haven't even tried the wet vac part. I'm kind of scared to! Terrible “vacuum”.

I have used the crosswave on my hardwood floors, tile and areas of carpet that have been stained and it works fabulous. It's light weight and easily maneuverable. Makes cleaning just that much easier!

This thing is a game changer! Gets the floors cleaner than any other steam mop or mop system I have ever tried (trust me it's been a bunch!). You will be amazed at the amount of dirt you pull up with this!
