[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid machine. It works as advertised and pulled grime off our kitchen floor that I didn't even know was there. The only "con" would be cleaning: would love that process to be easier.

I LOVE this product. It's so easy to use and with a new puppy in the house, it gets used daily. I love it for my floors and my carpet - it just refreshes everything quickly. Easy to clean and assemble and not too heavy or bulky.

This is my second crosswave. The first one lasted 8 years. I feel it was a good investment and this machine does a better job than any of the competitors.

This Bissell Crosswave is the greatest! I have a almost three year old and a GSP Dog and this picks up everything as far as vacuum wise. I love the option you have floor/carpet when cleaning! It's amazing to say the least.
