Bissel Crosswave is absolutely fansastic! It picks up everything especially Great Dane fur. The only complaint I have is it doesn't get into corners and behind toilets.

I sweep and mop everyday. When I got the crosswave and used it....I was shocked! There was so much it picked up that I could not see! I love it! I could not imagine life without it!!

my house is almost all tile and its a big house, god this is a lifesaver, with my kid and a hairy dog,this has made my life much simpler now, floors dry fast,it gets all the different crevices in the tile,it a dream,i love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry, I did not like the CrossWave for the following reason: It had only one roller to wash which didn't do a good job, I had to go over the same area several times. Too time consuming!

I am satisfied with the cleaner, however, after 15 minutes of use, it stopped. I think it is a problem which can be corrected by the reset button. If not, I will have to return it.
