We have a new home and three dogs. Between the dogs and not having a good stand of grass we are constantly cleaning the hardwoods. Our Bissell does a great job and has made our lives a lot easier!

This is the third Bissell that I have purchased in a matter of 30 or more years. I used the last two until they wore out. I am happy with my last purchase. It is cleaning nicely and I have been highly satisfied.

I really love this product, the only "minor" complaint that I would have is that I find it leaves major streaks when washing the floor? I'm following the instructions to a tee so not sure.....As for the rest, GREAT product and easy to use!
