I can't say enough great things about this cleaner!! I. LOVE. IT!!!! I love it so much! It's a total game changer for floor cleaning!! No more mop and bucket! No sweeping! It's the bomb!!! The Bissell Cross Wave does a great job of cleaning our vinyl laminate floors. I couldn't believe how well it cleaned! It's easy to use and is saving us so much time. I highly recommend it! Sam's club had the best price and the unit we got came with a lot of bonuses…extra bottles of cleaners and extra mop heads. We won't need to buy any extras for a long time.

If you read the other reviews, yes - they are right, small spaces are hard to clean (not a big deal for me). However, you got to take the good with the bad; nothing is perfect. It is heavy and takes a lot of time to clean the filters, etc. afterwards. But it does sweep and mop at the same time and my floors look great.

It also cut the time it usually takes me to clean my floors.....normally I have to sweep and them use the steam mop to get all the paw prints, dirt, and hair up......not to mention all the drool from my big dogs. I was able to vacuum and clean at the same time. Wonderful product. Love It!

While its easy enough to use weekly if you want, I feel like this will be my go-to every couple of weeks for more heavy duty cleanings. It is very easy to use and even my husband commented on how clean he felt the floors were after I was done.

We recently updated most of our floors from carpet to hard surface. Although our current vacuum cleaner does vacuum floors we wanted a vacuum to perform both duties at once. My original results expectation of the CrossWave were average. After a quick learning curve and understanding the best way to operate put my average expectations to rest. Simply put, the CrossWave's results speak for themselves! In short, the CrossWave gives great results and is very easy to operate much like a traditional upright vacuum. The only downside to the CrossWave is no different than cleaning with a traditional bucket and rag. Probably a good idea to clean the entire unit when you done cleaning.
