[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yogurt got spilled and smeared on the kitchen floor, the mini wheats got dumped in the hardwood cracks and it's still a good morning. I never knew I could love a vacuum so much. The only downside is that it doesn't resemble a house plant. Then it would be more acceptable to leave it out #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my CrossWave! Because our home is almost entirely hard floors with area rugs, I am able to get all of the floors clean without sloshing buckets, gross mops, and the occasional scrub brush for tough spots!

I hate sweeping and mopping and can never keep up with it, but the crosswave has made keeping my floors clean a much easier task! It vacuums away all the loose dirt with ease, and is also powerful enough to scrub away any stuck on food on the floor. Im so happy I bought this thing!

Did not care for it. Did not pick up as much water as it spat out. Turned m white area rug into a gray one. My husband and was livid by the time we shipped it back. Also the handle once it is clicked in is permanent. So if you ship it back you have to buy a larger box. I cleaned it after each use and dried it. Yet the very next time I would vacuum the most foul smell came from the vacuum. And I was really excited about the reviews I had seen prior but this was a true let down. It also left a film on my floor. I followed the instructions and used only the bissell solution in the instructed amounts. Not sure if I just got a dud or if this is the product standard.

I thought this was a perfect fit for my home since I mainly have hardwoods and area rugs. It really should not be too difficult of a job to handle. The water had no problem coming out of the machine however it never was able to suck it up. I was never able to empty out dirty water and to make things worse there were dirty puddles on the hardwood that I would have to clean up with paper towels. I didn't think twice about taking this back. Love the idea but just not successfull at actually doing the job.

This is literally one of my best buys! We just moved into a two story house with a basement and its ALL HARD FLOORS . It took me an hour and a half just to sweep... yikes! The previous owners did NO cleaning before they moved out and the bottoms of our feet were black from their messy living habits. I used a traditional mop twice and the floors were still disgusting. After using this Bissell Crosswave the floors are sparkling and disinfected. We have a one year old and cleanliness is so important. You have no idea how happy I am knowing that our floors are finally to our cleaning standards. They are Monica Clean haha! This cut the cleaning time in half since it sweeps and mops at the same time and you don't break your back scrubbing. Its my new favorite thing and I look forward to the next use.

I had read up on several different Crosswave type machines (even tho I love Bissell products) and found that this one really had all of the features I wanted! So I finally ordered it!! It came several days early!! I put it to use the very next day!! It was just in time! We have a new puppy and our great grandchildren are visiting!! I first did hard floors then area rugs! I have since needed to use it to clean up spilt cereal, milk, puppy messes and a host of other things!! It works wonderfully!! It does everything it said it would do and the self cleaning feature is the best!!! Thank you Bissell for making my life easier!

But I love it.
