[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is the Crosswave is the best machine that I have ever known. I wish I had had one in college and all the past years! I taught elementary art for twenty- two years and you know how messy that was. Our art room had CARPET if you can believe it! Glue , paint, markers, paper mache, clay, glitter, water etc. and everything you can imagine! Dripping paper mache, Glitter, glitter everywhere! Paint and splatters everywhere in the carpet. Little beads and bobbles and confetti and sparkles of all sizes and not to mention popcorn on our special occasions everywhere! The crosswave does every function that anyone could ever need! If I had had one in the art room it probably wouldn't ever be there cause everyone would be borrowing it. It would be a wonderful wedding gift and should be in every household. If I could afford it that's what I would give for all my friends and family. I love my crosswave and will always! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this product. Hopping it will last. The motor that runs the brushes burns out. I must always get lemons as I am on my fourth one in 5 years. Got one replaced by warranty , one I got a refurbished product and just bought a new one.

It is easy to use, lightweight and has the power to clean my floors and rugs, which is needed for our doggies more frequent messes. So happy I chose this product! Pretty good on laminate but they are slippery to clean with water anyway. Carpet looks good but not great but I will purchase carpet roller specifically.( I have an elderly dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I purchased my CrossWave, it would take me 2 hours to clean my floors. I had to vaccum my rugs, then sweep my entire downstairs, then mop it with floor cleaner, then I always would go over it with water. The CrossWave totally changed all that, it takes me a total of 10 minutes to the entire job. Then 5 minutes to clean the vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans okay on floors - not as well as I would like. I like being able to vacuum and mop at the same time, however, the mop option needs to either have hotter water or better solution to clean the floors adequately.

This product has made cleaning to much easier! We used to have to sweep before we could mop, but now we can do both at once!
