[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product so much!! It's easy to use and easy to clean! It gets my hardwood floors so clean & I love that I never have to sweep before mopping because this does both for me. It picks up everything!

I was concerned that this wouldn't be strong enough for my household of 3 dogs. I used it today on my hardwood and tile floors and it worked great. The suction is very strong. I used it on a couple of area rugs, also, and it cleaned them well. The grout on the tile floor is much cleaner than it was. Great overall product.

Love it!. I had the Bissell steam cleaner with the pads (don't know model). I "liked" it, but it was a pain to use and even though it was very hot I didn't feel like it really cleaned. My friend has the Crosswave and told me she LOVED it and even sent me pics of her dirty water. I was sold..LOL. I've used this twice in 3 weeks. It's easy, works great and you can see how dirty your floors/rugs really are!! (It's scary!) It works great on our rugs. It pulls up so much dog hair that my Miele doesn't. I"ve already gotten rid of our Swiffer, Bissell steam cleaner and a steam cleaner I had bought at local expo. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this machine so much I bought one for my parents as a gift! So easy to use my 7 year old can operate it and the multifunction brush takes care of every type of floor in my house. The time it saves makes this a "must have!"

Amazing! Light weight and easy to use. Who doesn't want to save time by sweeping and mopping at the same time? The swivel head feature helps when working on a tough spot. A couple minor things would really make this machine a superior one. 1. An attachment with a little angled broom. While the machine does get fairly close to the walls, it would be nice to grab an attachment to sweep dust and dirt away from the corners and walls when necessary. 2. Other end of the broom should have a pad to work up tough spots. 3. Top cord handles should rotate/release so you can easily remove cord without unwinding the cord. 4. Add a little vinegar to the cleaning solution to prevent streaks on laminate flooring. 5. Brush with more bristle to help clean uneven floors (tile). Currently you need to use extra effort to get to the low spots where the grout is.

However, because we have a textured tile, I am using the "Rug" setting throughout to release more cleaning solution. If I had my wish, I would like to see the following improvements: 1) Larger storage tanks - I am constantly either refilling or emptying the containers 2) cordless with a battery life of 60 min or more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now first off we do not have any rugs or carpet at all in our entire house. We did a lot of research and looking into similar products. This one always came out on top. With us not having rugs or carpet I have no idea how it does on those but I have to say we ABSOLUTELY love it for our hard floors! For the first time ever I don't feel like I'm using dirty water to clean my floors. We have 5 dogs yes 5 and one of them is a puppy. That's why we bought our Bissell. It has done absolutely wonderful! And after each use I just store it in the closet on the tray and it's there for the next use. It's so easy to clean and the scrubbing brush does a great job picking up pee, mud, dirt, you name it. The only problem I have had is in our mud room the dogs tracked in THICK layers of mud. My son did not Bissell it up right away so it dried. That took going over a few times to get it all cleaned. If it happens again I'll just mop the thick mud up and Bissell it afterwards. Other than that I love it! And Bissell.com has amazing deals on their cleaning solutions and brushes so it doesn't break the bank when I needed more cleaner. I also wanted to say that we had a rug cleaner at one point that was a Bissell. It stopped working after one year. I called Bissell they took great care of me and that is why I stand by Bissell and their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used the CrossWave on my kitchen and family room porcelain floors for the first time and am thoroughly impressed. The machine was easy to put together and the instructions for filling and priming for cleaning easy to read. The tile floors came out beautifully and dried quickly. Clean up was easy and pain free. I'm looking forward to trying the rug setting and cleaning our hardwood floors next.

My entire house has LVT flooring. This makes cleaning my floors as simple and easy as it can be. Instead of vacuuming and or sweeping and then mopping the floor, this machine does it all without going over the same areas over and over again. It is super easy to fill with water and cleaner and easy to empty. I can do almost half the house with one fill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Crosswave. Makes cleaning my hardwood floors so easy. And nicely cleans small rugs in entry ways and kitchen areas. The cord is long to clean multiple areas without having to change plugs. And the clean water tank holds enough solution and water to clean a good size area. And it is super easy to take apart and rinse/clean parts when finished!
