Not that crazy about the CrossWave. If you have marble/travertine floors, don't use this on them. The thicker bristles on the roller will scratch it. I must be doing something wrong as it does streak. What areas it goes over, it does do a good job of cleaning. I read the instructions and followed them as directed. Didn't get the results I was hoping for.

It does have a learning curve but once you figure it out this vacuum saves you time. I have two dogs and three kids, they are constantly tracking in dirt from our property. Couple tips, it is not like a regular vacuum, pick up the bigger items. Even something smaller like a Q-Tip will get caught. Clean the brush in the tray half way through a large area of the house and always use a clean brush on a carpet! Do not clean hard floors then go to a carpet, I learned that the hard way! Last tip, this isn't a quick fix dust buster type of machine. It's too involved to use it to clean up a small spill but it is great to clean an entire room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is just OK. Not what I was expecting. The cleaner is very small in size. It seems like it does not suck up the water once it is sprayed out for cleaning, which means the dirty water basically just sits on the floor. I have a few more plush area rugs that the Bissell does not go over on well. It snagged one of my nicer carpets. I am keeping the cleaner for now because it's the only one that I have, but I will be looking for something that does a better job in the near future.

It works super easy and I actually see how much dirt is vacuumed up in the machine. I am really looking forward to trying this machine on my area rugs. It is also so easy to take apart and clean the parts. The roller does clean itself the tray too.

Lightweight machine and quickly cleans up any spills without any issues. I highly recommend the crosswave to anyone who is second guessing it!

Amazing! Light weight and easy to use. Who doesn't want to save time by sweeping and mopping at the same time? The swivel head feature helps when working on a tough spot. A couple minor things would really make this machine a superior one. 1. An attachment with a little angled broom. While the machine does get fairly close to the walls, it would be nice to grab an attachment to sweep dust and dirt away from the corners and walls when necessary. 2. Other end of the broom should have a pad to work up tough spots. 3. Top cord handles should rotate/release so you can easily remove cord without unwinding the cord. 4. Add a little vinegar to the cleaning solution to prevent streaks on laminate flooring. 5. Brush with more bristle to help clean uneven floors (tile). Currently you need to use extra effort to get to the low spots where the grout is.

I have a 2300 sq foot home mostly tile I have had my Crosswave 4 years, I have bought 3 more for gifts for family and friends, they were mopping the floors, know they can do a great job with the Crosswave our neighbor has cancer his wife was mopping her floors I bought her a Crosswave she loves it.

I had to try this product a number of times before I could give it a fair review and I am totally satisfied. The vacuum on this machine is impressive it has great power and the washing of the floors are great I have ceramic tiles and hardwood and it vacuums and washes the floors great it also removes shoe scuffs marks , no more mops of any kind for and it's always handy and ready to go especially with my big family this is something I needed . Also it gets into the corners if people are wondering about that . Unfortunately I can not give a review on the carpet side as we have no carpet or area rugs in the house . Would and have recommended this product to my family and friends. Thank you

Love that i can clean and vacuum tiles, hardwood and carpets at the same time. No more mop buckets. This has become my cleaning toy that I am very excited about. Inspire of being a clean freak, this product picked up so much more dust and dirt I never knew I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 1200 sqft condo that is all tile and I used this for my whole unit. I love the way it cleaned the floor, very thorough and I love the cleaner base that cleans the brush rollers and holds everything in one place. I also like the swivel feature, was very easy to maneuver around. Two things I didn't like was that it doesn't go all the way to the wall - there is about a one to one and a half inch space that I needed to clean by hand, and second, the resevoirs are kind of small and I had to refill and empty several times - for a 1200 sqft floor, that was a lot in my opinion. But overall I am very pleased with the machine! I would buy it again and would recommend it highly.
