It's convenient to have dry and wet cleaning at the same time instead of doing one after another. It would be great though if there are attachments to the unit for cleaning areas that CrossWave is too wide to reach.

I thought this was a perfect fit for my home since I mainly have hardwoods and area rugs. It really should not be too difficult of a job to handle. The water had no problem coming out of the machine however it never was able to suck it up. I was never able to empty out dirty water and to make things worse there were dirty puddles on the hardwood that I would have to clean up with paper towels. I didn't think twice about taking this back. Love the idea but just not successfull at actually doing the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bissell to use on my laminated wood floors. I live in the south and we get a lot of rain. Having a large dog I am always having to mop my floors. I was looking for a way to make things easier and this product solved the problem. I first used it in the dry mode only to see how it worked on the dog hair and dirt. I was very pleased with the performance. A few days later I used the mop and sweep mode. I was very surprised by how well it cleaned. It was easy to clean, use, and saved me a great deal of time and labor. At times there was a little excessive water on the floor when pushing and pulling back and fouth. I found by letting off the water dispensing trigger and going over the area it picked the water up and looked great. This product overall is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used the CrossWave on my kitchen and family room porcelain floors for the first time and am thoroughly impressed. The machine was easy to put together and the instructions for filling and priming for cleaning easy to read. The tile floors came out beautifully and dried quickly. Clean up was easy and pain free. I'm looking forward to trying the rug setting and cleaning our hardwood floors next.

It is still new to me but I have cleaned a large tiled area with high traffic and no sweeping of vacuuming beforehand and an area carpet that I had no idea was soooo dirty!!! I like the length of the cord (chose one with a cord because I did not want to be limited by a battery) I was amazed at the suction strength and impressed with the results!! The disposal cup was filled with dirt that I did not know was there. I think it did a better job then sweeping, vacuuming and mopping would ! the dirt that came up from the area rug was astonishing and I don't believe that a commercial carpet cleaner would have done a better job. Highly recommend as is a good value for a quality product.

The crosswave has been fantastic, not only keeping that clean but also a sisal rug that had stains from dogs eating scraps on it. It's a great product and fair price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have purchased this a long time ago. This saves so much time in cleaning. It does everything my vaccum and mop does, all in one. The suction is supurb, it leaves the floor almost dry. I did five rooms and by the time I completed the last room, the floors were completley dry. Highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave.

I have two Goldens who shed and drool on my floors every day in pretty much every part of my house. . I love the fact that I can take care of both problems with this Wet & Dry vac in just minutes. Thank you for coming up with this. Cleaning the vac up after using is very simple and fast too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this Wet Dry Vac to clean texturized tile in an entire apartment. It took time but we got the tile looking like their original color again. Easy to use, not bulky or heavy, works well once you get the hang of it. I would LOVE a more aggresive scrubber for tile floors and grout. Overall, very pleased and this will lighten our workload.
