[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks of use, the Bissell CrossWave has proven to be an efficient excellent multi-tasker! I just pull it out and both sweep and mop at the same time. I find myself "mopping" my floors now much more frequently because it isn't such a chore now. The tank is always full of opaque filthy water after I use it, even when the floor appears clean beforehand. The machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver and the tank is easy to clean too. I would definitely buy this product again. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor cleaner makes cleaning easier, by scrubbing with clean water and sucking up the dirty water. The squeegee and suction helps the floor dry quicker, so no one has to tip toe around the wet spots. Clean up is easy.

Although it does pick up dirt and the water was nasty, it does not get close to the walls or anything. It leaves a gap while cleaning. Also I like to vaccum almost every night and found this very hard to do.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I use it everyday. I have wood floors and throw rugs and it cleans everything. I have dogs and this thing is wonderful picks up all the dirt and hair and is so much easier to clean after. I'll never use a mop again, cleans my tile floors like new.

I have a large shepherd dog and he really does make a mess of my floors. I also was very pleased with the job it did on my through rugs.

Pretty good on laminate but they are slippery to clean with water anyway. Carpet looks good but not great but I will purchase carpet roller specifically.( I have an elderly dog

This is only the second time I have used the vacuum and it does NOT work as described! I have vynil floors and since my cat sheds, I pre sweep the whole house. I do it so the vacuum won't get clogged. If there is a spot on the floor, I have to go over and over and still does not come out. This leads me to get down and scrub the spot out myself. If I leave it standing for a minute, it leaves a muddy puddle on the floor. So now I have to sit it in a towel whenever I stop. I thought buying this expensive vacuum would save me time, but in fact, I have to pre sweep and mop myself. I would like to return it, I still have the box. It's terrible!
