[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my crosswave. Sweeping and mopping used to take me 30 mins just for my kitchen which has black wood laminate floors. Not to mention I would also have to put a shine product on them once a week. Now I can get the whole kitchen cleaned in less than 5. Love that it has a container for the dirty water. It feels like my floors are finally truly clean rather than just pushing the dirt around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this a few days ago, so have not gotten the chance to use all the features that it has to offer! So far, all I have done is vacuum both carpet and tile floors with it, and it was great! I did collect quite a bit in the container, which my hubby cleaned out for me. Am ready to either vacuum again, or try the shampoo. Will let you know how that goes. It is so light and easy to maneuver!

Couldn't adjust suction power. When held up a little from rug worked but creaked a couple times. Nothing cracked but thought it did. Could be somewhat more durable. Overall love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does such a great job of cleaning, I have recommended it to two people and they have bought the crosswave. I use it to scrub floor tile and to shampoo area rugs. I can push it directly from the tile onto the rugs. It cleans both equally. I am amazed at the dirt that goes into the receiving tank even when I think my floors are clean. It is so simple to use that I know can not live without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I would say that I love my Bissell Crosswave becuase of its ability to vacuum and mop in one step. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's perfect for my home. If I had larger areas to clean frequently however the cost of the liquid cleaner would add up quickly. Also it doesn't have the ability to get into tight spaces as much as I would like. All in all though I'm happy with the Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to give this vacuum 5 stars but unfortunately it doesn't have enough scrubby power I guess you could call it. It cleans up wet messes but anything that's remotely dry you have to go over a bunch of times. It doesn't get the deep clean I'd expect for the price. So thats pretty disapointting. Still deciding if if I'm going to keep it or not...

I love this product! Although with 4 kids you should be on top of messes right away and it requires quite a few passes to clean up anything sticky or stuck on the floor... still beats mopping with a regular mop! I recommend it to all my friends and family with hard floors!

I live in a senior residential community. They clean my room every 2 weeks, but my floors were looking worse and worse every week. I bought the cross wave so I could do my own floors. What a difference. I am very pleased with the results. I wish I had gotten the cordless version, as I am using it while using my power chair and the cord can get in my way. I like it so much that I ordered a second one to give to my sister for Mother's Day.

I use this machine for my gym floor. It does okay but leaves some smudges and does not have the strongest vacuum power. Overall okay and faster than vacuuming AND mopping 3000 SQ/ft. It is a real pain to clean though because you can't just dump dirty water with hair down the drain. I leave 3 stars because it's a little disappointing and my package was missing the "included" floor cleaner and roller stand attachment. I have not reached out to support yet but maybe they will see this and get in touch.

#sweepstakes. I absolutely love my crosswave! Used it four times so far and I couldn't believe HOW EACH time I used it, the waste water was so dirty. It cleaned what a mop left behind and then some. So easy on my arthritis. I have no problem with my Bissell Crosswave at this time. I highly recommend it!
