Wish this had been available all of my life. Cuts my cleaning time in half. I had to do a demonstration for my grown daughters on New Years day. They didn't believe it worked like I had been bragging about. Well they saw for themselves. This an absolutely wonderful piece of equipment. Thank you Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several Bissell products but none of them compare to the Crosswave. Cleans grout on tile floors, does a great job on area size rugs. Takes awhile to clean all the components afterward, but it's worth it. I'm hoping it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tested this cleaner on several small area rugs which reside in front of a door that gets a lot of traffic. Cleaning these rugs twice in one application brought them back to almost new. I also have a rug doctor but these small area rugs are just too small for rug doctor. I also used the bissell cross wave on a large area of ceramic tile and it did a nice job on cleaning them. Bissell cross wave is easy to use, to clean, and lite so makes the cleaning process rather easy.

I just love my cross wave dry/wet vac. Easy to use & compartments are easily removed to fill & empty. I think it's a bit heavier than I thoufhr it would be, but, still easy to use, glides nicely. Such a time saver & does a great job on both my floor & carpet as advertised. Compartments are easily removed to empty, & refill. Great Job Bissell !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this on my laminate flooring. It's left streaks and a dull finish. Could be the Bessel cleaning solution. I had to go over all the floors with my Swiffer wet jet to get any shine or non streaking. Did good on my carpets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes a bit to learn to use effectively. I have light colored laminate floors which show every smear, footprint and water spot. The Crosswave cleans this floor in minutes compared to hours it took me on my knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used my CrossWave today for the first time. I could not be more pleased with how easy it was to use. It also cut the time it usually takes me to clean my floors.....normally I have to sweep and them use the steam mop to get all the paw prints, dirt, and hair up......not to mention all the drool from my big dogs. I was able to vacuum and clean at the same time. Wonderful product. Love It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is great, especially if you have kids! It sucks spills right up whether dirt or liquid. It is very easy to use and doesn't leave a lot of water behind so it dries fast. The multi surface cleaner leaves the house smelling good. I was on the fence on buying this and very glad I did! The only thing I'd change is to have to cord a bit longer.

The Crosswave has been a life saver. No more scrubbing on my hands and knees. It quickly cleans up messes and the Crosswave is easy to clean too. If you have hard floors, I cannot recommend this enough.

It is brilliant! With just the push of a button and a trigger, I can clean all my floors and carpet. The machine basically self cleans after each use when you add just a cup or two of water to the storage tray and run the machine for a few seconds. I would highly recommend.
