I love the BISSELL Crosswave all in one multi surface wet dry vac. It has made my life so much easier, when it comes to cleaning ALL the floors in our house. One machine allows both vacuuming and mopping with a push of a button. What a great idea they've come up with on this one. The floors have never looked or smelled better.

Buy it if you have pets. No joke. This is AWESOME. Works just as easy as carpet cleaners only easier. Very much a worthwhile investment. I have Akitas, and no matter how much I brush them, you can only imagine the hair and the muddy paw prints and dirt that they bring in; but my house is spotless. The commercials about the CrossWave are true.

While its easy enough to use weekly if you want, I feel like this will be my go-to every couple of weeks for more heavy duty cleanings. It is very easy to use and even my husband commented on how clean he felt the floors were after I was done.

I use this on hardwood as well as ceramic and porcelain floors. It is awesome. Best thing anybody can do is get a machine with separate clean and dirty water tanks, like this has. It works great and picks up the dirty water off the floor instead of just pushing it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my Bissell for about a week, but first time using it and was impressed. The cleaning of the machine is a little tedious, but for the work it does, it is a small price to pay. I even cleaned a small stain out of a rug! This is worth the investment in my opinion. With 2 Cats , one who is a Maine Coon, and Chewbacca for a husband, keeping hair and debris off my wood and tile floors is a full time gig! I'm glad I added the Bissell to my home care regimen.

Very disappointed with this product. After viewing all the hype on tv, I thought this product would be the answer to all my problems. It leaves brush marks on the floor & clumps of wet debris. I actually have to vacuum first and then had to use my steam mop to pick up the mess it made.

Absolutely love this item...I am getting too old to get down on hands/knees to clean floor so based on previous reviews, I decided to buy one of these. I already have a steam cleaner which did NOT do the job and a couple other cleaner devices which I didn't like. This cleaner does exactly what it says it will do...however, does not get up right against baseboards but that's okay, I can do that by hand. I have two outside dogs which I let inside because one of them is terrified of storms and this cleaner actually vacuums and mops those paw prints right up. Thought it was kind of pricey BUT worth every penny!! I don't always use the cleaning solution..sometimes, I just use hot water only. The rollers, as opposed to brushes, is what makes the difference...it's just like a rotating mop.

Dust and dirt are constantly tracked in or come in when it is cool enough to open doors and windows. I tried a traditional mop but hated using dirty water. I tried a wet mop and a steam mop but neither got all the floor clean. The cross wave allows me to vacuum first and then mop and it keeps the dirty water separate. After the first use, I could not only see that the floors were cleaner but could feel it when walking barefoot! The only downside is it is a little louder than I would like but a small price to pay for something so easy to use and that does such a great job! So glad I decided to try it.
